“If you can say you love a dentist then this is the one i love! They are friendly, efficient and helpful. I always get an appointment quickly and they can accommodate around my working schedule. Adriana especially is fantastic, I drive 45 minutes each way because I don’t trust anyone else. She understands how nervous I get and always makes me feel at ease. It would be easy to move locally but I wouldn’t want to risk losing the great service!”

Would give more than 5 starts if I could really… Starting with the staff - the girls are absolutely lovely and professional, taking into consideration any requests I have during the appointment and accommodating them quite easily. I’ve been getting my nails done at New York Nails salon for over 1.5 year now, and not once I was left disappointed. Not many nail artists can do nail designs like these. Booking appointments of course is not necessary, but I always do as I travel from another city to get my nails done here. The designs…ahhhh! Whatever design I request, the girls ALWAYS exceed my expectations, the pictures I’m uploading with this review are just some of my favourite ones. Whether if it’s Christmas / Valentine’s Day / Easter / Anime / any other theme I choose, my nails turn out even better than I could imagine. They’re honestly such talented nail artists, and truly deserve the recognition for it. One of the most incredible things as well - retention. After getting my nails done at New York Nails salon, they’ve held up fully for even up to 6 weeks! With the length of the nails I get and how clumsy I actually am, that is absolutely outstanding. I’d truly recommend to ignore any bad reviews left here, they do not do this salon justice, and if I’d have listened to those bad reviews, I would have never found such incredible nail artists. Firstly, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating over the phone and got me in for an emergency appointment with the dentist, Ayse/Aisha within a couple of hours. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and approachable. When i was called through, the dentist was caring and empathetic with my situation, she listened to me and could see the pain I was in. She offered her own advice and talked me through options and then continued to carry out treatment to help me. After having some bad experiences in the past with other dentists and practices, as well as being a generally nervous patient, this dentist and practice has restored my faith in good quality care and I am very grateful for it.”

“My car needed repairing after someone had hit it when it was left parked. The other persons insurance went through Nationwide and I had a phone call from them to arrange the swap of my car to be fixed and a courtesy car for me to use. The damage to the car was worse than what was visible so it took just over a week and a half for my car to be fixed, but they rang me to give me updates and got it back to me as quickly as possible, especially considering the bank holiday! I had a lovely 2019 Corsa to drive around whilst I was waiting! The guy who dropped me car off was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for better service! He talked me through everything and explained the process and extra things about features on the courtesy car that I wouldn't have known otherwise. My car came back absolutely pristine, they even washed the car as well as cleaning and hoovering the inside! The paint job on it looks fantastic too and you can really see that they put a lot of effort and care into the repairs Overall I am extremely pleased with how everything was handled and if I ever have anything wrong with my car in the future I will definitely use them!”
