“My cat was registered with Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic for most of his life. When he hurt his eye & developed an eye ulcer, their care & advice was first rate. The staff are compassionate & caring towards pets & owners. When my precious little cat got old, he attended several senior Cat Clinics & they were quick to identify health problems & offer advice. Sadly, when the time came & my precious boy was dying, the Veterinary Doctor advised me on when was the best time to let him go. Not only were they kind, humane & professional towards my boy, but they made sure I was comforted too. I have no regrets about any of the treatment they offered. They were always looking out for my pet's welfare & worked to ensure that he had a long & happy life. Some treatments, although potentially expensive, were always done with a full explanation of what was needed & why. I have no reservations about recommending this practice and I would like to thank them for their care of my beautiful cat.”

“I had a really good experience in store. I had my autistic son with me. I think the persons name was Josh, but he made my son feel involved. He was fantastic with him, showing him how the different machines work. He is an asset to the store and definitely deserves the recognition. I did mention it whilst in store so if I had the incorrect name hopefully Audrey will remember me telling her about him.”

As a keen badminton player (playing 3, 4 or 5 times a week) for many, many years and less so as a cross country runner, there's always some part of my body that's failing; strains, tears, misalignment, over use. Into my 60s and I suffer it, and it seems to get worse as the years progress. Well, last September I was introduced to Anthony Albertini. I was suffering a long term neck strain, made much worse by swimming full pelt into the concrete wall of a swimming pool, and terrible long term tennis elbow. I was falling apart and almost ready to give up all sport, thinking I was broken. Anthony sorted my tennis elbow almost immediately with a combination of osteopathy and acupuncture; both in the same appointment. Amazing, the pain was gone after suffering continuously for 2 years. “This is such a well thought out and varied play space. It’s entertaining enough for repeat visits without being overstimulating like some traditional soft-plays. We held our 2 year old’s birthday party here fairly last minute after being let down by another venue (we didn’t know about Imagination Fascination beforehand otherwise we’d have just booked in the first place!) and it absolutely turned out for the best, as the team here could hardly have done more for us. Rebecca and Becky in particular worked their socks off pulling together a fantastic party for 40 very happy toddlers and their parents, and they’ve gained some very loyal customers out of it!”
