Since meeting Andrew Gardner, he has transformed the experience into an enjoyable and fun one. I was a patient of Andrew's for 15 years until I moved to London and had to transfer to a local practice. My experience at that practice was terrible, with them forcing expensive and unnecessary treatments on me and I now travel back to Cardiff for my dental treatment as no one compares to Andrew! Andrew prioritises patient care over everything and works hard to see me at very short notice.”

“As a result of painful dental treatment as a child in the 1950’s and 60’s I’ve been terrified when going to the dentist for most of my adult life. So I never thought I would be a person who could have dental implants. I started going to Restore dental practice a few years ago, and with the kind and professional approach of the team my confidence has grown immeasurably, so much so that today I am the proud owner of 2 implants. At age 72, I wanted to enjoy eating all foods, not be the last to finish my meal and avoid having dentures. I didn’t know if implants were possible for me, but when I met Raid he did thorough examinations and scans to show that it could be done. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and had plenty of time for my questions. From the initial surgical insertions under local anaesthetic (which was painless) to the final fitting of my implants took 3-4 months, about 4 visits to the practice, and I was able to eat as I normally would throughout. So if you’re thinking about implants and you’re unsure or apprehensive, there’s nothing to worry about. It’s well worth doing.”

“Very happy with the work Had an appointment yesterday 20th Nov with Dr. Alys Walsh to repair a damaged front tooth. She explained the procedure that would be followed and while carrying out the repair, explained each stage as it was executed. A good experience with the only pain being in my pocket (£), which was less than expected. Her assistant, Mia, also provided good support.”

“I rang for an emergency appointment and got me in the next morning!, Harj was lovely and explained the problem I had with my wisdom tooth which I had on and off pain with for a year, and another dentist from elsewhere was going to charge me over £1000 for something I had no idea about, but Harj explained the problem to me in full detail and said he could fix the problem there and then and popped my wisdom tooth out, which at the time I was nervous and scared but Harj reassured me and it took less than 2 minutes! Everyone there was lovely and welcoming and now I’m not afraid to see my dentist! Or be charged a ridiculous price! Harj did it really cheap for me and I can’t thank him enough! He is the best Dentist I have ever been too and look forward to my next appointment!”

“Just had emergency treatment for an infection to back tooth. I needed to have the tooth removed and I must say that the dentist removed the tooth causing no pain at all during the extraction in a procedure that took just moments. Absolutely amazed and so pleased to have a dentist who explains the procedure before hand. This is the reason I have remained a patient of this practice for 20 plus years. Vinnie was great, talking through the process with me the whole way through, the cost was clear and fixed for the duration of the treatment. Injections were mostly painless and the result is fantastic - natural looking smile which is great.”

I had an implant on a missing tooth at the front which I've had a denture for years , the process was easy and Dr Guy was very thorough and would answer any question in a polite and informative way and made the process simple.The staff there were always helpful even with the 4 month Covid break in the middle of my treatment. The implant its self is spot on and would recommend to anyone who is debating to get rid of there denture or fill a gap.”
