I recently also switched from an NHS physio to Gethin for a MCL injury and in just 2 weeks feel like Im making better progress already. The app used by the medical makes it easy to remember what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. The admin side of The Medical is also very efficient. Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.”

They took my car into the back for what I was expecting to be a tyre replacement, only to have my car back within minutes after they advised me it was luckily a tiny screw which hadn't penetrated anything. I felt silly that I'd wasted their time but the young gentleman that I dealt with was lovely about it and they didn't charge me anything. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them and will return here in future as a paying customer. Thank you so much”
