Christina came back within an hour to my email, which despite email supposedly being quick usually means you wait days to hear back, but the response was so quick I was very impressed. “We usually place orders online and then pick them up in the shop. Orders are almost always ready to pick up within an hour of placing the order. The collection process is very simple and straightforward and usually fairly quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop entrance.”

Only small thing that would be handy is if they had the staff to help me take large heavy items to the vehicle as a disabled customer thats the bit that is very difficult but hey cant have everything”
