For mains, the Mangalan Chicken Curry was rich, aromatic, and perfectly paired with soft garlic nan and basmati rice which we ordered separate . We ended our meal on a sweet note with the creamy Crème Brûlée and classic Vanilla Ice Cream. The service was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. “Decided to come here for a bite before driving back home. Had a calamari to start with, well presented. A medium rare stake to follow and a tiramisu to finish. The calamari was good and tasty, just a bit on the thinner side. The stake was cooked medium rare as requested, seasoned just right and the sauce that it came with made it even better. The tiramisu was just great, just how a tiramisu should be. Great service from the staff as well. Having dinner with a good view and some live music from around makes it a really nice place to be at. Finishing off with a shot of limoncello is a nice touch! Definitely will be back when I visit Cardiff again!!!”

“We used Gol for away day parking. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My boys all played football for free while we had some food and drinks and watched the football. Parking was £10 but you got a £9 bar voucher. Easy to find, no problem with parking and a 10 minute walk to Cardiff City ground. A great find, thank you for your hospitality”

Sadly we're not from the area and only working down here for two weeks. When you work away a lot you relay on Google for good reviews, which we use a lot. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!! “We visited as a large group to celebrate a birthday, and both the food and service were fantastic. The staff did an excellent job serving all 13 of us efficiently, and everyone’s steaks were cooked perfectly. The house wine was great value too. When it came to settle at the end, the bill didn’t clearly list each item, which made it a bit awkward to work out what everyone owed. I’m worried that the extra tip each of us contributed, may have been accidentally absorbed into the remaining balance for the person who paid last. I think due to this, we didn’t leave anything for the wonderful service. This was totally our fault! We will make up for it when we return as we’ll definitely be back!”

“9.30am session with my younger son was amazing! Our first time coming here and it was one of the best visits I've ever experienced in a soft play establishment setting. I love how they have there own app to place food and drinks to help reduce queuing and waiting times. I had my food order within 10 minutes and the portions of the small chicken nuggets and chips served with beans for my little boy was very fulfilling. Friendly staff on arrival and seeing staff work very hard and running about made me feel like I'd return again soon there was a party as well which I've never booked for my little boy but upon asking a member of staff information for this she was really pleasant and helped me book a party for August time.”
