“First of all I love how this is described as a ‘gourmet’ grocery shop! I love this M&S and glad I discovered it, the people who work here are so nice and friendly and helpful, such a difference from other supermarkets - you feel welcome here and the people ask how you are and talk to you at the checkouts and stuff. There’s a cafe in this one too and they have some clothes as well as the food hall but the main focus is food. Just love M&S! There is parking too.”

I assume you can find god Satan and a soul in here it is so huge and diverse it seems you really can spend an entire day here and not have found what you wanted I came in here for the use of their Argos facility who were all absolutely polite and a pleasure to deal with I can't speak to the quality of the rest of the store as I haven't experienced it because I really rather got out of that potential x sink very quickly however everything seems lovely and I'm giving it 5 Stars because of the beautiful cat that was sleeping just inside the store which the the employees”

“Great store, visit regularly, but I agree with the post here concerning the safety of the escalator. It can suddenly jerk you back, and because it's sloping it could unbalance you and cause a fall. Dodgy as far as I'm concerned and I always use the lift.”
