Although much of the sofa stock was bigger, depth-wise, than I needed, I found a recliner chair that was ideal and look forward to it arriving in due course. Dan also demonstrated the Fama sofa options on the screen, which was very interesting.”

Also, the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they took their shoes off so they didn't mess up my brand new carpet, that shows respect that isn't always seen these days. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again, in fact, this was a return purchase as they sold me my last mattress many years ago.”

The fitters Kelvin, Russell and Steve are tidy, efficient and swift showing a great deal of care moving my furniture where I hadn't been able and placing it back where it was. “Fantastic service and build quality on our corner sofa. John worked with us to create the perfect sofa, suggesting small tweaks so that it will last. You can see the quality in the work and the pride that John takes, its not the cheapest and it shouldnt be - this isn't a factory item, it's a bespoke piece and that takes time. The service provided is the icing on the cake, with John holding onto our order for an extra couple of weeks when we ended up having family commitments. “This is a fairly large Dunelm shop offering a variety of homewares. The shop sells bedding, curtains, cushions, artwork, kitchen utensils, crockery, lighting and a variety of other things for the home. The shop is wheelchair accessible although some of the aisles might be a little tight if busy. There is also a lift providing access to the first floor, located next to the stairs. There are a couple of disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance. There is a small cafe located on the first floor. The staff here are usually very friendly and the food and drinks are reasonably priced.”

“We chose Shaun Davies Home Solutions in the hope that an independent would provide a better level of service than some of our close friends had recently received from some of the larger more well known companies out there. I'm pleased to say our expectations were more than met. From start to the service we received was thoroughly professional, nothing was too much trouble and Shaun ran the whole project which lasted 7 weeks (as forecast) with military precision and we were kept informed every step of the way. No mean feat I'm sure as we had 2 ensuites created alongside a top to bottom bathroom refurbishment, kitchen/diner knock through with new kitchen and a study/office for my husband and children Great products and a fantastic service.
