I was able to book easily, on line, an appointment the next day, where others were quoting a much longer waiting time. When I arrived Kav was pleasant, polite, efficient and helpful. I was even provided with photos of my clean ear drums as a sovereign of my visit. Thanks Kav I will have no hesitation in recommending you anyone who require your services. Plus by way of a bonus, it was slightly cheaper that other places that I considered. Having earwax removed is never going to be a pleasant experience but Kav made it as close to one as possible. “Fab Asda, huge amount of self scans so queuing isn't usually a problem, other than that it is your typical Asda, there is tons of parking althoigh there have been struggles to find a space before. Staff are helpful when needed, I have nothing bad to say, overall great Asda”

“I think some of the time any delay is caused by the GP surgery getting scripts signed. I have always had good service from The Pharmacy. The staff try really hard under some extreme pressures. The service is free for prescriptions in Wales. There is granted some efficiency improvements that can be made with the process e.g. staggering 2mths scripts but this is again dictated by GPs. They have had a Pandemic to deal with and I believe done it well. I am sure now things are catching up they will look at the proactive nature of the operation as opposed to the reactive mode that they have had to contend with for the last 4yrs.”
