I’d like to thank Christine for the outstanding service she gave us while choosing our new flooring/skirting/archi etc. She went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to explain the pros and cons clearly and patiently. I usually find these decisions overwhelming, but she never rushed us and made the whole process much easier. In a busy showroom, her patience, care, and professionalism really stood out. Exceptional service – highly recommended!”

“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

“Visitied this place this week, was really suprised to find how great the place was run by the management team. A lovely friendly environment on my afternoon stroll i just happened to pop in and purchased some items, and being vulnerable myself i couldnt manage all of the items on my own back to my car, however the lovely lady with the tattoos managed to take the time away and help me. I will certainly be back again. Great customer service, and refreshing to see the younger generation helping us elderly folk thanks again. I didnt get the ladies name but wanted to acknowledge a great experience and say my thanks.”

“Came in to purchase a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tv, hoover and monitor after purchasing my first home and Ali was so helpful, he advised on the size of the TV for our room and the better fridge/freezer with better specs which was even a lower price than the one I wanted as it was on offer at the time, rung it all up, arranged for me to pick up the ones i could take home there and then and for the large appliances to be installed the very next morning, and talked me through the curry’s flexpay as it was such a large order in one go. He was really knowledgeable and helpful and this was much appreciated during such a big and important purchase. It did seem as though a few of his colleagues were a little impatient with how much time he spent with myself and my partner sorting out our purchase which wasn’t a good look for them, I understand there may have been other things to do too but I think Ali’s customer service needs to be valued more given how much he assisted us and how much we were purchasing. Ali is a credit to curry’s and i really hope he gets some recognition for his work as we couldn’t have done it without his help!”

“What an absolute fabulous store, with even better staff! My recent purchase of a TV was sublime! Upon collection the box had some of the foam showing out of the bottom. Jane kindly offered to undo and examine the TV for defects. Its a 58" TV, so that is not an easy task. Jane treated the TV with her upmost care. All was good upon examination, again Jane and her colleague (sadly did not get their name) placed the TV back in the box with care. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and her colleague. Jane grabbed the sack truck, popped on the high viz vest and offered to bring it down in the lift and also helped me load the TV in the car. Jane and her colleague are absolute diamonds.Thank you so much for a very pleasant shopping experience.”
