“I came here day on my mobility scooter. The young girl was so incredibly helpful. I'm disabled and was really struggling with my basket. She took it to the till for me and paid with my card and another customer helped her pack my shopping. Thank you so much for all your help I really appreciated it.”

“Beautiful Lebanese food all cooked from scratch (open kitchen). Family run business and local Coventry owners so well worth supporting a small business. Went here for Staff Christmas meal (we're teachers). It's a dry bar here so if you're looking to wine with your dine it may not be for you but you will miss out on absolutely gorgeous food. After pouring over the menu we asked the waiter for recommendations and he suggested the Mezza set meals which we ended up getting for 7 of our party. Two beautiful platters. One starters, one a mixed grill. The pictures are for 2 people but they upscaled it easily for 3. Set menu also included Baklava but as a few of us were so stuffed by this point the owner made a special dessert of ice cream, cream, pistachio sauce and honey. Amazing! Been a long time since I've had food this tasty. Highly recommended.”

“Just been for a lovely lunch. The vegetarian and vegan selection is really large which I loved. I had the mac and cheese and it was one of the best I have had in a really long time. Really comfy chairs to sit on and all the staff were super friendly. Really enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back again and try more delicious food!”

“Came here on a lunch break Tried the burgers before in Leicester and they were ok. Standard burger really but wanted to try the loaded fries. Had the bad boy hot mess !!! Wow best loaded fries i have ever had !! So full of flavour. Could eat these all day Keep up the great work guys”

“Honestly the best steak birria tacos I’ve ever eaten! Service was great - parking is a little iffy (you have to find surrounding streets to park on) but honestly it’s so worth it. Every single one of our dishes was amazing.”

“I came in today for some shopping. Got more than I planned and was struggling as im wheelchair bound. . The lady with dark hair & glasses was lovely. She took all the shopping off me. Scanned & packed it all and brought it around to me. Made my life so much easier. All the staff r really friendly and nothing is 2 much trouble for them all. “Stayed at this hotel with work, and I was really impressed from my arrival. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I had injured myself prior to visiting and staff were quick to help out. Even though they did not have any ice packs, they made sure to improvise and I couldn't be more grateful. Bar service was quick, and they accommodated a large party for dining. Food came out quickly and tasted great. A great sleep after a long drive!”

“Staff members were so friendly. Especially the waiting staff you meet for breakfast, one in particular Caroline and Anna the cook. They both had the time to interact with my partner, myself and our 2 year old son. Caroline even came and sat with us and told us to go get some breakfast while she helped feed our son, gave him colouring pencils, drew with him getting to know new names etc .. Anna who is Polish I think she would always greet our son with “good morning, baba!” Since we’re now back home our son has never forgotten and he would run up and say mummy Anna says “good morning, baba!” Next door to Premier Inn there is TGI FRIDAYS. We got our dinner in there on the last night. Food was amazing 10/10 but expensive. Make sure if you eat here and you’re staying at the Premiere Inn next to it you tell the staff to get 20% off. Location isn’t bad up the road you have McDonald’s and Asda. Although it wasn’t easy to find Asda but after a few tries of searching and getting lost we found it lol. Other than that it’s a great place to stay 10/10 No noise, beds were so comfortable, top notch.”

“We stayed here for one night, last minute booking whilst visiting University of Warwick, very quick an easy, on arrival a quick and simple check in, asked for another towl, that was no problem. Asked about breakfast booking, all explained well. In the morning we were greeted by Emma, what a very friendly and helpful member of the team, chatted whilst taking order, very quick service working well with her colleagues. Good breakfast selection, and a very friendly farewell on our checkout. This is our second stay here, its perfect when we are nearby, thank you Premier Inn, We know what we are getting at a good price.”

“We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.”

“Just dropped in for one drink, just because we could. Good old fashioned feeling pub with friendly locals, and that’s saying something as I’m from Sunderland and you never know how you might be receiving. It was topped off by watching on the large screen tv the end of the Sunderland v Southampton game where we won 5-0 so all in all an enjoyable visit. We didn’t have any food so cannot comment on this.”

“A lovely charming place with great atmosphere. I had dinner here on Friday night, lots of good vegan options and service was amazing. It's really beautiful inside and they have seating on 2 levels. Live music was playing Friday evening and the band took music requests. Will certainly be back for more, when I'm back in Coventry.”

“My husband I enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Premier Inn Coventry City Centre, Belgrade Plaza. We had a huge room, which was very well maintained and staff were omnipresent and helpful. Initially, we were put off by having to pre-book our breakfast time-slot, but it was actually fine and staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but the carpets on the bedroom floors had not seen a hoover for a while...apart from that it was all great”

“Absolutely fantastic Premier Inn, absolutely five star and beyond! Booked to stay for my birthday with my girlfriend who lives in Coventry, but unfortunately she was admitted to hospital the day we was due to check in. But, I checked in for my two nights and would visit her for most of the time I was there and would pretty much just sleep at the hotel. Shame, as it was such a lovely and clean room not to mention cosy. Special mention to Connor after finding out it was my birthday, he arranged for a couple of complimentary drinks for my room and upon returning from spending 10 hours of my birthday at the hospital, I found an ice bucket with two bottles of beer and a lovely birthday card from all the staff. Such a lovely gesture and will return with my girlfriend to make up for her not being able to stay. Purple spotlight in bathroom is a really nice touch. Lovely staff and nice place to stay. Thanks”
