“Me and my family visited this store and bought sofa’s, Pearl is very friendly and allowed my grandad to try the sofa’s and made us feel very welcome. She also gave cushions which were only display for free as my grandad liked the design of them. Would recommend this store and recommend highly trying before you buy as sofa’s are about comfort and you must always try before you buy which Pearl recommends anyway. Overall very happy ! Thank you - we came from Birmingham.”

“We received a high level of service from the moment we started our journey to a new kitchen. Designed for a new build property the whole experience of selecting items was done to highest levels with good use of technology. Having placed our order, we did need to amend the design and the team at Galerie were accommodating at short notice. We had a few small challenges along the way but this is inevitable with such a project. The best feedback is that the guys haven’t left without ensuring all those snags are sorted at the end and this has been without quibble. We are delighted with the end product.”

“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

“We bought our bathroom suite from Bryan when the business was Bathrooms inc and other than a revisit to have our downstairs cloakroom fitted out we haven't had much cause to drop back in because both rooms haven't just stood the test of time, they have hardly aged at all. It wasn't until last weekend when popping in for a new 'pop up' plug mechanism, we realised that it was 12 years since we fitted our bathroom suite.
