“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”

She has always been extremely supportive and often solves problems before I even notice them. For example, if someone parks in my space, Lynn will contact me right away to check if I know the car and then help to locate the owner and have it moved, often before I even return home.
