“They sell some really good sausage and doughnuts in here. The sausages are from a butchers called Barrett’s in Birmingham and are really good quality and have virtually no fat come out of them when they are being cooked unlike brands like Richmond. The doughnuts and fresh batches from Dwyer’s bakery are very fresh, the doughnuts are nearly as good as Krispy Kreme.”

I go there a lot and if there’s triple chocolate cookies ready to be bagged she goes out of her way to bag them so that i can get some on my lunch break. Lovely woman, amazing at her job. Company should be proud, not only does she have the best customer service, she makes sure I don’t leave empty handed, which puts the money in the till.”

“Generally excellent service in-store and when collecting online orders. Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.”

“Someone please give Beth a promotion or Raise! What an absolute asset to our local Aldi. She's one of the reasons we love going there. She's always goes above and beyond and always knowledgeable. On many occasions staff had (probably unknowingly) told me there wasn't a product but she got us those products or at least checked. She did not need to but her kindness and way with people is worthy of management. She will go far and Aldi will lose her if they don't appreciate her. Forgot to mention she is such a hard worker and not just smart. Thanks Beth”

“Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. Nice ambiance.”
