“We chose Delta Hotel by Marriott Forest of Arden Country Club to spend a very pleasant weekend. We had a wonderful experience from the Restaurant Cast Iron Bar&Grill. What needs to be mentioned is the behavior of the restaurant manager Mathew and assistant manager Aslam towards the customers. They were so humble and ready to help the customers to get a comfortable environment. And their team members are also to be commended.The food was fresh and delocious. The buffet option is also available from 6pm on Saturday's . We really enjoyed the food and its ambience. A must visit place for families and couples.”

“The whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.”

“We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it’s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It’s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.”

“Great place to stay for long layovers and early morning flights! Extremely affordable for the level of quality and comfort. Very comfortable rooms with en suite showers and towels, would highly recommend for travellers needing a short and comfy break! Only thing is that you will have to take a short bus/taxi ride to the airport but buses run very frequently and the stop is basically right outside the accommodation!”

“Stunning. The staff is absolutely incredible, friendly and gives you a very warm welcome. A very nice comfy clean room which has everything that you need. The bathroom is actually, and hard to believe in the UK, very clean and mold free which is really appreciated. The location is just a few minutes from the station, city center and the Castle. Can't be happier. Very quiet rooms and location”

“Stayed here overnight on a long journey. Everything fine. Very happy with the accomodation, hence a very satisfied 5 stars. However... Tripped over a couple of gotchas, though not the fault of the owner (lovely chap). 1, The room must be paid for in cash on arrival – my fault, I missed the message from Booking.com. 2, No breakfast! This is Google's fault: the description in G-Maps clearly (& incorrectly) categorises this guest house as a B&B (it isn't), *AND* it says that breakfast is available. It isn't. The owner hasn't served breakfast in over 2 years. The details in Booking.com are correct and I should've spotted this discrepancy. C'mon Google, get this entry updated. Why is it taking you over 2 years?”

“We came this morning for breakfast. We didn't stay in a room but were just a walk in. The service we received was first class. The food we received was first class. I cannot fault this place. We love to go out for breakfast and this will be our new place to go to. The staff were absolutely perfect. Friendly, helpful, interacted great with our kids. Don't change a thing!!! 10 out of 10”

“We ordered 2 large ultimate chicken mexicanas and that was the best pizza we had In ages !It was fresh and had just the perfect amount of ingredients.we will definitely order more! We ordered through Uber Eats and we got a good deal too. Pizza was delivered piping hot in less than 20 minutes (it's Friday night) and the driver was very polite. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I must say, I highly commend this organisation. I rented a student flat, directly above the office of this prestigious team of estate agents, such that I was privy to the 'in's and out's' of their business. The guy's were very helpful and polite at all times (particularly when tackling our 'rat' "infestation"), the man of the hour being Sean. Shaun was polite, prompt, and efficient in resolving issues and never hestitated from jumping in to lend a hand. I fondly remember when he bravely scaled a steep ladder into our dark abyss (the "loft".) Upon reaching the summit, he turned to our dependable pest control expert, Gary, and proclaimed, to our utter bewilderment, "Yeah... I see it" despite looking in the total opposite direction to the rat horde coinhabiting our flat. All issues were resolved on the same day, or as near as possible. Our rent was affordable and very reasonable for the upmarket area - I highly endorse the "Heat n' Eat" takeaway in the Nisa, the mutton khottu is next level. We had pleasant encounters with Mary, Tan, and Stevie - they were always smiling and entertained by some 'light conversation'. The lauded team are very hardworking, we often witnessed Shawn and Tan working into the early hours of the morning!”
