βThe staff here were so kind to me, ordering a taxi. The place was very well run, clean and obviously great care is given to all animals brought in for attention and professional care.β
βI changed to Medivet/Feldon's at Coventry Road after taking my mum's dog to an appointment and being impressed with their reception staff and vet. The changeover was very easy and they arranged an appointment on the same day as my cat was poorly. The previous vet I was registered to had poor access to appointments in comparison. So far I've been very happy with my experience.β
βCan't rate Avonvale highly enough. They have always been brilliant with all my animals, and since having my American bully, they have been nothing short of amazing. Always make him welcome and treat him like a king. They are reasonably priced aswel, and let's face it every penny counts nowadays.β
βFrom the vets to the nurses to the reception staff everyone is so friendly and helpful. It can be a worrying time taking your pet to the vets but the staff are so reassuring and explain everything before any procedure goes ahead. Molly is always greeted by her name on arrival and actually pulls on her lead to go in as she knows she gets a treat. Molly has regular monthly injections for allergies and has had two very successful crutiate surgeries on her hind legs. Avonvale check her regularly and I couldnβt be happier with the service we receiveβ
βVery friendly, efficient and welcoming, our dog loves her visits there. Would highly recommend.β
βAbsolutely fantastic service allowing for the meeting of my own needs as a woman experiencing disabilities. Thank you PDSA Coventry, from Kaia & Helenβ
βMy Boo had to be put to sleep in May. The staff were amazing In July I got a 'Sorry for your loss' card with cuttings of her fur..I was not expecting this so this Team go out of their way to express condolences. 10 out of ten. Made me smile and cry all at once and memories of Boo are always with meβ
βI attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over Β£300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at Β£200 I am now out of pocket by over Β£100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the Β£300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.β
βI lost my best friend, Tommy, 4 days ago. We couldnβt have chosen a more compassionate, calm, understanding, lovely team of people to deal so delicately with his passing. The final product is beautifully arranged, done with the highest quality - more than befitting for the deep loss we feel, which is immeasurable. We simply cannot recommend them enough. And thank you again Jon and Mandy for your kindness during this painful time. Matt & Ebony xβ

βI canβt say enough good things about this clinic. The vets and staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for. Iβm so grateful for their patience and genuine love for animals. I highly recommend them!β Especially Raymondβ
βMy appointment was with Vetenerian Connor Day twice who has been absolutely brillant during the appointment with my kitten misha. Explains everything thoroughly and in detailβ¦ doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.β
βWe would highly recommend Emscote vets as they offer an extremely personal and caring service. The reception staff are so welcoming and the vets, in particular, Charlotte is wonderful. An excellent practice xβ
βThis review is for Rugby, Hillmorton. Always easy to get an appointment. Staff always professional and polite. Since we moved here nearly 1 year ago my cat has needed to see the vet 3 times for various issues. She's been very well looked after and the vets have always been able to figure out what's wrong. Thank you.β
βI took my very anxious rescue dog for his boosters and discussed how anxious he is. The vet was very good with him and is working hard with us both to help him with his anxiety. Nice friendly service.β
βUnfortunately, it's not the best time to review as our cat was very ill at the time of my visit. Very accommodating staff at the front desk and the vet was lovely too. Our cat was so ill that we had to put her to sleep. The vet and staff were very respectful. We had taken KitKat to the right place for the best help she could receive.β

βTom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.β
βFantastic, staff are brilliant and compassionate. Our regular vet is Georgina, who is an angel and amazing. Not sure why it is not promoted more but she also conducts acupuncture, our 17 year old cat is benefiting so much from this and Georgina has been extremely caring towards her, unlike some other vets we have experienced. Besides Georgina, the rest of the staff are also lovely. We are so pleased to have found this veterinary practice.β
βThe vet put my dog completely at ease. She gave her a thorough examination. My dog is quite elderly with a few joint issues. The options available to me were explained clearly.β
βThank for looking after our girls for the last few years Alison and Team. I recommend the Fur Inn Cattery. You can rest assured that your Cats (and other small animals) will receive the very best care whilst you are away from them. Alison will always send you photos and updates on your pets to give you that extra peace of mind when you start to miss them (with us, thatβs about 2 hours!). Please donβt forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, Iβd try not to leave it later than late January!!!β
βVery helpful practice, I arrived unannounced, with a cat in my arms, which I thought may be lost. They immediately assessed the cat, checked for a microchip(which it unfortunately didnβt have) and then leant me a pet carrier to take it back in. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I later found out who the owner was and the cat was reunited with them, so that is a happy ending. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, which is sometimes not shown in this day and age.β
βExcellent independent vets lovely staff. Two years ago after serious accident they dipped into a special fund they have and removed one of my spaniels back legs the following day free of charge saving me 3 1/2 k. Thoroughly recommend.β
βUsed them for 8 years , always fantastic with my dogs and very friendly and helpful.β
βRachel and Lilly were fantastic! They calmed me and my puppy down so quickly. I felt so safe and well looked after:) I couldn't have asked for better service! They are just fabulous.!β
βAlways a most friendly & professional welcome from all staff in both surgeries. Excellent attention to both animals & humans alike. One feels comfortable asking questions of any kind.β
βGreat team and always very welcoming. They treat Jerry as one of their own.β
βTook care of my cat when it was necessary. Staff are amazing and waiting times are next to nothing. Affordable services and a great range of treatments and procedures for a wide variety of animals. Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.β
