The gentlemen at the shop were very much friendly and cooperative and were able to understand about my expectations quite well. I have used other taxi services in Rugby who have lied about their availability when booking then when I would call to ask where the taxi I'd booked was they would repeatedly tell me 5 minutes away every five minutes making me late for work. On the rare occasion dial a cab doesn't have availability they simply say that. I have not strayed from this service since I found it.”
