“A gorgeous cafe in Warwick, open relatively early on Saturdays which is nice to enjoy a coffee whilst the local market is being set up. Lovely, calming decor and seating, friendly service and great coffee! Would highly recommend.”

“Great correspondence with the owner prior to arrival, greeted at the front door and shown our room and some general information about the area. The room was clean tidy and well laid out. The location is great too. We walked along the canel to Leamington in about 35 minutes and Warwick centre about 25.”

“A cozy pizza place with quirky art and many vegetarian options I had a vegetarian meal at this pizza place and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food. The restaurant has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, with quirky and funny art pieces on the walls that made me smile. Firstly, I ordered the chargrilled vegetable pizza, which had peppers, onions, mushrooms, and aubergine on a crispy crust. The pizza was served on a wooden chopping board, which gave it a rustic feel. The onions were nicely caramelized and the cheese was pleasantly strong. Secondly, I ordered the jalapeño poppers, which were cheese-filled peppers coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The jalapeño poppers were crunchy and cheesy, but they were not spicy at all, which I was surprised about. I expected them to have some kick to them. Thirdly, I ordered a mock Pina colada as a drink, which was a change from my usual latte. The mock Pina colada was refreshing and creamy, with a fruity taste of pineapple and coconut. It was definitely a worthy substitution. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this pizza place and I would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza and quirky art. It’s a great place to have a fun and relaxing meal with friends or family.”

“Was absolutely fantastic, ordered it on a Friday at 5pm for it to arrive after 20 minutes! And we were the village over! The delivery driver was incredibly sweet also. The food was piping hot, which is always appreciated, and the food was well seasoned, even down to the pork rice. If you want a Chinese takeaway in the area surrounding Kenilworth or in Kenilworth, go with Tai Pan!”

“I had a really, really nice meal here. The atmosphere was really nice with pleasant music and a nice number of other groups eating. The service was impeccable and they dealt with my allergies excellently. The waiter we spoke to knew exactly what would and wouldn't be an issue which was really nice, particularly as my allergies are less common. The food itself was lovely and priced very well (especially the kids' portions). I can't really recommend this restaurant highly enough!”

“3 of us dined lunch time at this lovely pub. A nice warm welcome as soon as we stepped in set the scene for a very enjoyable lunch. A nice chatty atmosphere as the place was busy (always a good sign) but not loud. The food didn't disappoint, my salmon was cooked to perfection and nods of approval from the others said it all. Can't comment on the beer as I, unfortunately, was driving! Thanks to all the staff, thoroughly recommended.”

“We had a really lovely afternoon at the Leif Tea Rooms. We had afternoon tea which was scrumptious. There was a great choice of fillings for the sandwiches which were amazing, plenty of filling! The scones were a delight and the cakes of lemon drizzle, chocolate fudge and victoria sponge were delicious. Very generous portion of everything, couldn't eat it all. But the wonderful staff supplied boxes to take away. We had prosseco which made it more special and were seated by the christmas tree on comfy sofas and chairs. It made our family catch up a special occasion and we would like to say thank you to all the staff who were so nice. Will definitely return, we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon! Definitely recommended.”

“Amazing coffee and pastries. They have an excellent balance of flavours of sponge, milk cream, butter, walnut, chocolate... Instead of just sugar. I'm quite confident that all pastries are hand made, they are as tasty are they look. The atmosphere is intimate and comfy, like you would expect from a southern European café.”

“Beautiful historic pub with great beer. Pub also has a brilliant Latin American restaurant attached. I’ve sampled some of the food on the menu and it’s amazing. Tapas is spot on. Burgers are huge. I’ve stopped here for work and the rooms are nice and simplistic. Whenever I’m in town for work this is my go to stop. The staff and super friendly and welcoming. Also they have the best Guinness in the area and even do a clover when pouring it. (Unheard of these days) sadly I’ve never been on time to try breakfast but smells amazing and I’ve heard good things. Can only imagine it’s as good as the evening food”

“One of the best takeaway pizzas ive had in a very long time. Great quality, fantastic price. The cheese stretch on my pizza was unreal. Crust was thin, and perfectly cooked. Shame that there are only 3 branches in the UK. This is by far better than any american pizza chain such as dominos, pizza hut, or papa johns.”

“Wow just wow We loved it. So glad they moved up town. We arrived for a Sunday evening dinner out. Greeted with a smile from the amazing staff that will go above n beyond to make yr stay perfect. They have decorated the place so well, such a lovely atmosphere. And then the food. I wanted to try something different to start with and went for the duck. The name of it is on the bill. Omg the presentation and the taste WOW. Absolutely loved it. I will be asking for that as a main next time for sure. The wife had the chicken starter which she said straight away, we are coming back for more lol. The rest of the meal was just as good. Excellent presentation, taste is top notch. We highly recommend The Ark And we will be back to try the steaks next time too.”

“We had our wedding reception at the Old Coffee Tavern a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful venue and super relaxed. The wedding day ran very smoothly, with staff coming in bright and early to set-up the decorations. There was enough seating for the 80 guests which was then moved to the side to make way for the DJ and dancefloor. The buffet was reasonably priced and delicious, particularly the lamb curry, southern fried chicken and the jasmine rice. Several guests have contacted us to say how much they enjoyed the food. The room was lovely with a beautiful view of the church, high ceiling and comfy bed. It was great to walk a minute up the road to the weekly market in the morning. A really good location. Great cooked breakfast with veggie and vegan options. Pheebs had everything under control which made us feel completely at ease over the full wedding weekend. We'll definitely be coming back for our anniversary!”

“Went to the Halloween adults only event - it was fantastic- the illusionist was very entertaining, and the staff worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time. No extra charges for what was advertised as included and hot food and alcoholic drinks on offer at reasonable prices.”
