Newer puppy 5 months Merry, both from The Shire, are individually known by ALL staff.”

I was never made to feel uneasy when I was clearly worried, anxious and panicked about being treated. They were available during the festive break when other dentists were unavailable or with limited capacity to see emergency patients-this was further distress when suffering excruciating dental pain which keeps you up at night. Our first cat got cancer and unfortunately we didn't have insurance for however the practice treated us with care and understanding to do everything they could to support our cat with treatments we could afford. Sadly she didn't make it despite their faultless efforts. After a few years we eventually decided to adopt again and more recently had to visit due to an illness. Again the same care and attention, this time we a cat back to full health which we're so thankful for. A special shout out to Marcin who has been our primary vet on many occasions, he's always brilliant and shows a clear care for the pets he's caring for. You'll never be pressured to spend money on a treatment that's not required and you'll always know your pet is in safe hands coming here.”
