“I can’t praise Carl, Simon and the office team enough. I phoned Progressive with a real problem. My landscapers were stuck on part of the installation of our DIY pool and we needed expertise - and fast or the whole job couldn’t be completed. They came to our rescue with 24 hours and did a brilliant job. I’ll be going out of my way to buy supplies from them in the future. They were professional, helpful and knew their stuff. “Cadman Sporting (Northampton and Rugby guns) is integral to the excellent Barby Shooting school. What immediately struck me was the friendly and engaging atmosphere with a well stocked gun room and accessories shop. Ultimately, the quality of the buying experience is as much about the people. Special mention therefore to Matt, an RFD with immense knowledge, whose friendly patience and unwavering support cannot be too highly commended. Always willing to help me, demonstrate the guns and go the extra mile. Also ably assisted by Jonti in the shop; an equally friendly font of knowledge and a great shotgun instructor. Highly recommended. Good people and the personal touch”

“I hadn’t used this pharmacy until today but I found their service very helpful and professional. I had spoken to the Pharmacist on the phone before my visit regarding a query I had. He took the time out to help me with what I needed. On my visit I was able to wait for my medication but would have happily returned if they had been too busy. “Fantastic service from this store in Rugby, from the first measure by an assistant who was fun and engaging with my 4 year old grandson. Also, exceptional service from the 2 Hannah's at the Store, one of which was the Manager. Between them, they resolved an issue I had with another store and processed an exchange when the shoes I had purchased hurt my Grandson's feet. Finally, thank you to Emma, who processed a 3rd exchange for the same style in a 1/2 size bigger. Clearly a really good Team at this store with a great culture for excellent customer service. That said however, if you look around, you can find some real bargains-as long as your not expecting John Lewis type quality. Staff were very pleasant and store was relatively tidy, making the whole visit quite a pleasant experience.”
