“My time here was brief and had little interaction with staff members so I can't comment much on their behaviour towards customers and such. I placed an order from Argos and collected it. I was treated respectfully.”

“Our favourite local supermarket for a weekly grocery shopping. They have a generous parking with plenty of parent and child spaces available. The store is always clean and well-stocked. They have also a large clothing section and Argos at the back.”

“They sell some really good sausage and doughnuts in here. The sausages are from a butchers called Barrett’s in Birmingham and are really good quality and have virtually no fat come out of them when they are being cooked unlike brands like Richmond. The doughnuts and fresh batches from Dwyer’s bakery are very fresh, the doughnuts are nearly as good as Krispy Kreme.”

“Ange (shortened name) who is behind the cookie counter, is the one of the best staff I’ve ever come across, always goes the extra mile. I go there a lot and if there’s triple chocolate cookies ready to be bagged she goes out of her way to bag them so that i can get some on my lunch break. Lovely woman, amazing at her job. Company should be proud, not only does she have the best customer service, she makes sure I don’t leave empty handed, which puts the money in the till.”

“Someone please give Beth a promotion or Raise! What an absolute asset to our local Aldi. She's one of the reasons we love going there. She's always goes above and beyond and always knowledgeable. On many occasions staff had (probably unknowingly) told me there wasn't a product but she got us those products or at least checked. She did not need to but her kindness and way with people is worthy of management. She will go far and Aldi will lose her if they don't appreciate her. Forgot to mention she is such a hard worker and not just smart. Thanks Beth”

“I love my local heron store. Always a bargain to be had. Good prices always Staff ..never had a problem with them.can't praise the shop or it's staff highly enough. Cheap prices and staff who go the extra mile and who are always polite. One of the checkout ladies even took my elderly Mothers shopping to her car for her! Keep up the good work.”

“I came in today for some shopping. Got more than I planned and was struggling as im wheelchair bound. . The lady with dark hair & glasses was lovely. She took all the shopping off me. Scanned & packed it all and brought it around to me. Made my life so much easier. All the staff r really friendly and nothing is 2 much trouble for them all. “Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. Nice ambiance.”

“Very clean and well lit, easy layout makes shopping quick and easy, with wide isles which accommodated mobility scooters and pushchairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.”

“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”

“Foodhall downstairs at the back of the shop. Womens downstairs. Beauty downstairs.. Changing rooms available.. Escalator up... Cafe on the first floor. Toilets available.. Men's upstairs.. Children's upstairs. A fairly large and spacious store, easy to manoeuvre around. Parking is free outside. Till service was quick and friendly.”
