“I visited M&S Derby today for a bra fitting and was served by Lacey, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Lacey was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect fit. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly a credit to the M&S Derby team. Thank you, Lacey, for making what can sometimes be a daunting appointment feel so easy and positive. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending you to others!”

“I have been to One Stop many many times. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of items; fruit, veg, magazines, lottery, confectionery, drinks, paypoint, my Hermes, cupboard food (pasta, sauces, cereals). Parking is very easy 3 hours free (posted pics of the restrictions). Opening hours great 6am ~ 11pm everyday. They do cashback up to £50. Cashpoint just outside (24hrs access everyday). Would recommend and continue to use.”

“Big store for a shopping centre with loads of products, 16 self-service tills plus cashiers as well means little waiting time. Fresh baked products are superb.”

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the opening hours are some of the best and most convenient in Ashbourne. It carries a good range of quality frozen convenience foods and tasty bread and cake items. It is definitely my go-to store for convenience and is generally well-stocked.”

“It wouldn’t be a 5 star review of it wasn’t for the service. The variety compared to other Sainsbury’s local is fairly low, however the service is absolutely amazing. Trevor is an absolute asset to you, he tells me all the deals and is so nice and helpful. There is also another lady who is just as great, but unfortunately cannot remember her name, but will be sure to leave a review when i next visit and catch her name”
