“Best bubble tea in derby by far. Honestly it’s about time I reviewed miss coffee. I have been going here for years and have tried so many types of bubble tea, hot chocolates and tea/coffee. All of which I have no complaints and lots of praise for, the staff are friendly and are so helpful. A few times they have recommended drinks and new things to try. They always make sure you’re happy with everything before creating your drink! Thank you for always serving me with a smile! The place is small and cosy and is full of great products. I would 10/10 recommend a visit , they have something for everyone ”

“Possibly the friendliest pub ever We hadn’t planned on calling in at a pub but after a lovely walk we stopped on chance. We didn’t have masks but the staff kindly provided us with one each so that we could order and use indoor facilities if needed. We enjoyed our drinks sitting by the side of the river watching the world go by. Staff were lovely and attentive, provided water and treats for our puppy. Beer was also good - shame we were just passing through as the food also looked great”

And may I say the food was exceptional the presentation was lovely and the food was hot and delish, I had the slow cooked beef shin and my hubby had the signature burger cooked by Andre, he is a credit to your kitchen! “I have been visiting Riber pet shop in Matlock since Lulu came home to us, all the ladies have been extremely helpful and welcoming with all the accessories I have bought for her. At eight months Lulu was ready for stripping, I bought her in for the groomer to check she was ready and booked her in. They found a slot as they are extremely busy at the moment and when I took her in the groomer came out to meet us and made Lulu feel very comfortable. After an hour and half Lulu came out looking beautiful and so happy and the grooming was done to a high standard. I recommend Riber pets 100% and it’s one trip we both look forward to doing every time.”

“Recently, I visited the service several times, and I'm very upset with myself that I didn't find these guys before. It would have saved me a lot of money and headache because their service is nothing less than amazing. My first visit was planned for a major service of my 3L diesel Jag and an MOT. Once I arrived at reception, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly attitude. I mentioned that a few months ago another garage had changed my brake pads, and since then, I'd had a small brake fluid leak. I also mentioned a squeaky noise coming from the front driver's side. The result: the major service was done quickly and, more importantly, professionally. The guys discovered that the pollen filter holder had a crack, which they fixed. They also exchanged a poorly applied silicone seal for a proper one, repaired the brake fluid leak, and fixed the squeaky noise from the front driver's side. And the price? They only charged me for the service and MOT – wow! Nothing extra. My second visit was actually the next day. My MOT report mentioned that the rear tyres were close to the legal limit – which wasn't a surprise to me. I came in again and was welcomed just like the day before. We had a discussion about which tyres would be best, and I ordered a set of new ones. The price was cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The only issue during the fitting was that one of the locking wheel nuts snapped, which is apparently not uncommon for Jag owners – they snap easily. The guys recommended that I buy some proper wheel nuts that had good customer feedback. I bought the new ones, came back, and surprise, surprise, they changed them for me immediately, free of charge. As I said at the start, I'm upset that I didn't find these guys sooner. They aren't focused on making every single pound from you; what they are focused on is having happy customers who will trust their work and return every single time service is needed. If you want a hassle-free and professional experience, this is the place. Looking for anything else would be your mistake. Thank you!”

“We visited the pub today for a Sunday roast and had an absolutely fantastic experience. A huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful waitress, Jessica. When we arrived, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She balanced between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal, checking in at just the right moments. “Great night here at the Manford Comedy Club, slightly spoilt by an audience member constantly interrupting the acts. Service at the bar was great, friendly and efficient. Venue doesn't do food but there is an excellent Lounges pub opposite and the council-run car park just around the corner only charges £1 for overnight parking from 6 pm”
