“I don;t often do reviews but this was such a good find. Needed a central point with parking for the girls meet up - always hard to find somewhere central to us all. The cocktails and waffles were amazing! There was a huge choice and all cooked fresh to order (they smelt out of this world). All accompanied with a couple of cocktails. I'm probably going to try Sunday lunch here next time - it's one of those places that I think will become a favourite for loads of occasions!”

“Came to Anokis from Bradford after spending the day in Derby. Nearly missed it on the A38 so first impression of the location wasn't impressing but that soon changed with the astounding exterior deco (see pics) and ample parking. Service - Loved what the waiters were wearing as part of their uniform. They were extremely polite and talkative yet very busy. Always someone watching the tables should a table need some service. Toilets - very clean and fresh & accessible. Food - Expensive especially for a small plate of starters but nonetheless the food was delicious. The mains were a better size for the price and tasty. Anokis do a deal every Wednesday and a member discount which you may need to be mindful to checkout. Atmosphere - great atmosphere. Great deco and lighting, lively and impressive space & quality seating. I would definetly recommend a visit to Anoki.”

“Been ordering from here for years, delivery is always quicker than the expected time shown on Just Eat, have tried other places when this one is closed but nothing comes close, the portion sizes are massive and cheaper compared to other Chinese restaurants. Even had my family that live up north try it when they come to visit and they agree it's the best Chinese they've ever had! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!”

“Love this restaurant in the centre of Park Farm Shopping Centre, really delicious food cooked to perfection, great vegetarian options as well, the mushroom Korma was mouth-watering! They also do takeaways. Free car parking in park farm shopping centre, though time restricted to 2 hours I think, but check first, as I walked there so didn’t use it.”

“Great place for a laugh, game of darts, pool and the quiz night on a Tuesday is a good time. Also great to go back the next day when you need to be fed and they will look after you and your sore head. Kids are welcome and the atmosphere is child friendly and the outside seating is denominator on a hot day it’s great vibes.”

“As always I eat at places that have a few dissapointing reviews only on deliveries and the time customers wait for food to arrive. That tells me two things. Either they are well in demand or just have drivers from temu. Wow. The food was spot on. Flavoursome and good portions. I did not wait for a delivery. I collected mine. Was ready in 20 min as they said. This is my new local .”

“Visited here with a group of friends after a walk in the local area. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered from the set menu which was 2 courses for £16.99 at the weekend. Food was really good, great sized portions and really tasty. Good value for money. Excellent range of draft beers on tap. Would definitely recommend and return.”

“Wow first visit had the mega munch box and wow the food was awesome best Chinese food I have ever had a must try the munch box is the best value you get so much for £25 the spring roo.s and samosas were unreal, ribss great taste chips were good not you cheap crap chips very chunky then the fried rice and noodles were a great, curry and sweet and sour sauces were just sublime all in all Deffo return, I only have one remark is the young man taking my order very how can I say , grunted there was no hello welcome to goldengate my names Jim how can I help, that sort if thing. We ordered The Greedy Greek Platter which was amazing! Good portions and delicious, I didn’t want it to end. One of the best meals I’ve had in a pub. Would definitely recommend.”

“First time we've tried this takeaway, it was recommended by a gas engineer, and oh my god it really is the best Chinese in the area!!! I thought the first one we tried in Woodville was good.... but this one is definitely better!!! It was cheaper, the food was 150% better, and this is definitely gonna be our go to takeaway from now on!!! From the chicken fried rice to the prawn crackers, hands down the food is incredible!!!”

“This was are first time visit to spice garden. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the young man took are order. We ordered the tandoori mixed grill with a nan bread and also ordered the chicken pathia with a nan bread. The food was lovely and hot. The nan bread is the biggest I have had from a takeaway. They also gave us to complimentary poppadoms and some dips. Both meals were amazing so tasty.We will definitely be going back. If you have not given it a try, you will not be disappointed”

Very nice lady, pleasant atmosphere, neighbourhood felt safe, and the King Prawn Chow Mein was absolutely delicious, just what I needed!”
