“Took my BMW in for an intermittent issue with the Power steering several times. The garage took an approximate 10 hours of work time to look into the issue for me and unfortunately couldn't locate the issue. At the end of it, they only charged me for 2 hours labour which was very generous considering the amount of time they spent on my car! They also adjusted my handbrake (which was needed) without asking me or charging me. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be going back for my car needs.”

The Wheel Specialist people were recommended to me by my usual garage. I found them easy to contact and discuss my problem. They fitted me in quickly to have the wheel repaired and overall it was a pleasure to do business with them. I would recommend them to anyone around Edinburgh.”

“First time using this garage, however not had a blowing exhaust in a long time. My usual port of call garages in West Fife said they couldn't even look at it for a few days, never mind repair it, so I gave HQ a call. Got Kevin in the phone, very helpful, explained my car sounded like a tractor and family weren't happy ! Told me to drop the car off and he'd try and squeeze me in, which he did. Got the car back the same day, new exhaust, so i won't be wakening the neighbours tomorrow morning...pity !! Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism.”

“Professional, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. Best garage I’ve ever been to: my car had some strange noises five days before an important long journey. While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. “Had an issue with heater motor that was not working on my Hyundai i30 and being a driving instructor I needed my car back on the road. Was given Phil’s details and drove round to discuss my problem. This was around 10am Tuesday. I was given a diagnosis by 11am and by 1.30pm the new heater blower motor was fitted and I was back out on the road teaching. Amazing turnaround and also thanks to Automania who supplied the parts in time. So Heater motor stops working Monday night and by 1.30pm on Tuesday I have a new one fitted and out working again. I would say 6 star service and a huge thank you to Phil and his team. JimDoc”

“We got our car to get its MOT and interim service, plus brake fluid change and oil replacement. We left the car at 8.30 and everything was ready for 13.00, and we had 2 cars going before ours. They were very nice and friendly and explained every step and got us through the documents as it was our first time passing the MOT or taking the car to the garage in the UK. Very pleased with the service and with the guys there, we’ll be back!”
