“Had an appointment to examine a skin blemish that had changed texture. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only would the blemish be examined but I would get a full body review. The original blemish was fine but it was considered a mole on my ear needed further examination. The consultant recommended taking a biopsy and that was carried out an hour later. All staff were excellent especially Karen and Efe who carried out the biopsy. It’s all too easy to complain when things don’t go well but forget to congratulate for a job well done. Thank you the team at Laurieston for providing such a high standard of care.”
