“Genna was just amazing. From meeting her at the Pittenweem Arts Festival to getting in touch again recently she went above and beyond to repair a ring that meant so much to me. Really talented, friendly and kept in touch throughout. Thanks very much”
“Great selection of crystals. Owner is wonderful and is very helpful.”
“Absolutely fantastic and such a nice guy. Did a complete rework of a ring for us including residing and replacing a missing diamond. Completely perfect service and way less expensive than we thought it would be!”
“A very understanding and helpful manager who went above and beyond when he heard that I had driven 20 miles to get the items for an Edinburgh Fringe Show. Now I will go to Hobbycraft first when looking for anything arts and crafts.”

“Fantastic service today in Chisholm Hunter, Livingston. Purchasing an Omega watch and couldn’t have received better advice and customer service. Thank you Grace Anderson and the other lovely manager. Would highly recommend.”
“Love this store - it’s like a museum! Although quality of some lines is not the greatest for the price.”
“My partner and I joined one day workshop hosted by Bryony to make little creatures. It was wonderful to learn how to play with metal and make cute customised creatures! Definitely it was great time :)”

“Excellent facility for the membership cost. Had a workshop on how-to cut, grind and polish stones ready to make into jewellery. Tutor was competent and friendly as were the others there. Made to feel very welcome. The club doesn't just do stone. You can learn to enamel and work with metal. The facilities are brilliant.”
“Really innovative jewellery, a genuine ethos of reusing and recycling plastics to create fabulous, colourful pieces of jewellery and brooches. A joy to wear!”
