“Got my ears pierced here (cartilage piercings). Rachel was great while doing my piercings, she was chatty, professional, thorough and put me at ease. She had to serve customers at the till and carry out the piercing procedure at the same time because she was alone at the shop but she didn't make me feel rushed at any point and took the time to explain the procedure and the aftercare thoroughly. Overall, a great experience.”
