βBoth dogs had their vaccines including Nasal kennel cough. Young female vet was, as usual, wonderful with them. Given how nervous my rescue dog is she was calm and took her examination and injection etc with no problem. A great vet.β
βStaff are all very knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. Lots of time and attention are given to pets' needs on an individual basis, clients are heard out and valued, and every effort is made to give the best care with both the pet and owner in mind.β
βWe felt very welcome and I felt that my dog was important to the people there. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel rushed in any way. As a novice pet owner I could ask lots of questions and had clear explanations. I highly recommend this practice.β
βWe were recently on holiday in the beautiful North Berwick when our dog became unwell. We couldnβt quite put our fingers on it as usually we know when heβs having his usual skin and ear issues. All we knew was that he wasnt himself and was in pain. His tail was down, he wanted to be alone, and he yelped if we stroked his back. Being away from home we were worried as not near our usual vet and didnβt know how it would all work. We were seen the same day (midday). The vet conducted a thorough examination as it wasnt an easy one to diagnose. They had his records from our vet too. In the end it was decided he must have a trapped nerve or something (apparently common for his breed and incredibly painful. Heβs 8 so we have done well to avoid it until now!). So we were given pain relief for him and advised that if after a week he wasnt better then to come again/go to our vet. Sadly he had to be on bed rest and missed quite a bit of the holiday fun, but a few days on and itβs like nothing had ever happened! Im so thankful to the links veterinary group and implore others to use their services. Thank you so much for getting us our happy guy back!β
βFriendly reassuring staff. I was here with my last dog after being referred by my local vet so when I needed a referral to a vet hospital for my current dog I had no hesitation in choosing here. Back for a review of my dogs progress, they are happy with progress and reassuring meβ
βOur beautiful dog Bruno has had some health problems over the last year and Inglis Vets have always been amazing and so accommodating. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.β
βLovely local vets. I have a new puppy and they were very helpful. Friendly staff.Giving me space to make my own decisions but the knowledge to make an informed decision. Plenty of leaflets in reception area. Warm welcoming. The staff are so Friendly. Book online or via the phone. They send regular deworming medication in the post. The consultation rooms are great space for health check ups. The practice does minor and major Ops and have a pet hospital for overnight cases. The staff take such great care from advice over the phone if needed to how well they manage and deal with the pets. All of the vets and vet nurses are so helpful, knowledgeable and great with the animals. we are so happy to start our journey at this practiceβ
βThe staff are so friendly and helpful. The vets are patient and take time to explain everything to you. Clean and modern. Great place. They have been great with our wee pup.β
βI've been with this vet for 2 and a half years and unfortunately my wee 17 yr old cat passed away at home, they were nothing but kind and caring when I had to bring him up, specifically one of the women at reception I wish I knew her name for the amount of help and empathy she gave me. I haven't had to go through this before and I was assured not to feel rushed. They always looked after my lil man and receiving the sympathy card I was so thankful to have his paw print and some of his fur β€οΈβ
βI canβt thank the medical staff and front of house staff enough. My sprocker Meg was admitted as a emergancy in August with a swollen eye with a foreign body in. Long story short it turned out to be something devastatingly worse. At just 8 years old and no prior indications or anything, her wings were ready but we were not. Meg has never been apart from us, I was worried how she would do being admitted, she was there Saturday to Monday, the staff were amazing, she wasnβt worried she wasnβt down, she maybe didnβt understand but the staff made her feel safe and cared for. The staff were so kind and caring front of house and behind the scenes. Sadly we collected Meg on Monday for one last night at home before she donned her wings with her own favourite vet. The staff kept in touch with us the whole time she was admitted, they kept us informed and kept in touch with our vet as well. We all knew what was going on at every stage. Then after they helped sort the insurance claim and kept in touch, we got a lovely card a few weeks later from the staff that cared for Meg which was beautiful. She had lovely consultants, I met Chloe (eye consultant) and Karen (general med consultant) and though I never met the nurses I heard from staff how much they loved Meg and how she greeted them happily with her βsookyβ and behaved well curled on her favourite blanket. The staff here are amazing. Though Meg is no longer with us, it helped knowing they made her happy and comfortable when she was in the hospital and went fretting or worrying. The staff also made sure her βsookyβ was with her at all times and her blanket stayed with her as well. Not easy in such a busy environment. The hardest place to have to go knowing what could come but the staff do all they can not just for the animals in their care but to help their humans cope and deal with whatever comes and whatever the outcome might be.β
βDavid Rimer has been our Vet for over 25 years, he is amazing, a lot of experience, professional, calm, reassuring. He loves his job and is a great advocate for the practice. He has looked after my previous dogs, then I had a gap and when I got my new dog, 18 months ago, I went straight back to the practice and discovered he was still working, so I was delighted. I did not have to start over a new relationship with another vet. PS I love the new improvements at the surgery. PS the receptionist - Diana is amazing, friendly, helpful, kind. Takes an interest in your dog. I would throughly recommend this practice.β
βExcellent service, friendly, helpful, and caring staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my fur babies.β

The receptionist name is Carrie I look forward to visiting the vets. I feel very relieved about going now.β
βCould not recommend them highly enough. A professional, prompt and reliable service with a huge heart. Jack, our elderly collie, looks forward to his walks and comes back happy. Their flexibility during a recent family emergency was amazing.β
