Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. If Head Office read their shops reviews this one needs recognition. Thank you - now looking forward to enjoying my Christmas.”

I went through a phase where there were lots of issues with my prescriptions, and I automatically just thought it was the pharmacies fault. I know now that it seems more likely to have been my GP practice. But even with that the staff at the pharmacy were nothing but polite and tried to help me when they thought I was mad with them. Things have changed a lot since then and I love the care I receive from them. My medication has been changing a lot recently and they have been nothing but accommodating with helping me and understanding that the order dates might not add up. Lovely staff in there and very helpful. Long story short, if there are issues don’t automatically assume it’s the pharmacy at fault when they are actually trying very hard!”

“This is a great pool for serious swimmers being a full 50m long and they often have lane ropes out to stop anyone getting in your way. There a couple of gyms onsite too along with a sauna and steam room. The only downside is it's not much of a fun pool for kids although as the floor can be raised or lowered they often make one end very shallow so it's suitable for young children. Edit - The moving floor was broken but is now fixed with the timetable for the pool back to normal. I've added a photo of it here.”
