βHad to visit as I was caring for my daughter's dog while she was away. Phoned and got an appointment on the same day. Welcoming reception, dog was examined and treated. Full explanation of treatment and what to expect. Would recommend.β
βHad our very 1st appointment this evening with my elderly husky and saw vet Hannah. What an absolute sweetheart of a lady she is! She made us feel completely at ease and explained things well. She actually paid an interest in my dog and spoke to her to put her at ease also whereas our previous vet never spoke to my dog once during consultation. So thank you Hannah for being so kind, approachable and compassionate.β
βThis is the best Vets, I trust them 100% and they are always friendly, easy to get an appointment, and very reasonably priced. They are incredibly accommodating for my dog who gets too nervous to be in the waiting room and so we wait in the car till the Vet is ready to see us when someone comes and gets us. Most of the people I walk my dog with go here as well, we all owe our pets good health to these wonderful people.β
βFirst time at this practice, had a lovely experience with Amy who handled our cat brilliantly, no issues. No car park that we could see but free car park a bit down the road, few minutes walk from the practice.β
βWe've been going here since our dog was just a puppy and it's been around 7 years now - this is a great clinic, and we have never had any issues whatsoever with the practice. Very lovely & friendly staff (at reception and in the examination room), my dog adores coming here and gets very excited when he realizes this is where he's going. The vets are very helpful and informative and are willing to answer any questions I may have. Visits are always quick, easy and completely stress-free. Keep up the fantastic work!β
βAs usual, Komi and Emil were looked after very well. Our vet was a delight and very helpful with a few queries, before checking the girls' health and giving them their vaccination. Thank you.β
βFirst time my cat has boarded here and he was pretty chilled when he came back home after 2 weeks so that's always a good sign! There's both indoor and outdoor quarters for cats depending on preference and availability of course. We opted for outdoor for our boy as he's an outdoor cat. The runs are a decent size with a heated enclosure if it gets cold with a cosy bed in. He was provided with a litter tray and scratching post too. Staff were friendly and it's handy for where we live at a competitive price so we'll definitely be back in the future!β
βExcellent care from the vet. Highly recommendβ
βMy crazy dog loves to visit this vet and all the friendly staff.β
βThe service I received from this practice was excellent. Despite not being registered at this practice my dog was seen within 30 mins of phoning for an appointment as he had eaten discarded raw onion. I was given a choice of options and costs. The staff could not have been more helpful and understanding, and I believe they saved my dogs life. I will never use any other vets practiceβ
βI have not use this place, however I have contacted reception in emergency about my dog. Receptionist and vet really kind hearted and very helpful and registered my dog and tried to do what they can do . Much appreciated your effort.. highly recommend this place..β
βI would recommend, the staff have been really supportive and lovely during every single visit. I was very emotional during some of these visits and Doranne Ashley was very compassionate, she didnβt rush me and made me feel very comfortable. I saw some reviews stating this vet are money orientated, I would categorically disagree with that, this has not been my experience at all.β
βThe admin team are excellent at making sure all the different wee foibles of my pet's care are attended to. Murphy has needed a little bit extra work as we have had to coordinate with an outside consultant for behavioural issues and the admin team have managed the flow of prescriptions very well. Their communication is great.β
βMy cat Boykie has been going to these facilities since he was 6 months old and heβs now 13 years old. He is so happy and contented when he boards. When he comes home he is always healthy and his coat gleams. They play with the animals and the pictures show just how happy they all are. I would thoroughly recommend Valley Kennels & Cattery. Boarding facilities are second to none. 5* from me.β
βThey do a wonderful job, both my cats have been neutered, vaccinated, and chipped hear ,there a great team. Highly recommend them .β
βFabulous vets, all the staff are extremely welcoming and it is evident they truly care about the animals they see. I have a nervous dog who can be difficult to handle, the staff are non judgmental, supportive and treat us with kindness.β
βVery welcoming and also great with my dog. Staff are all really friendly and the vet is very thorough with checks and reassuring.β
βThank you for looking after this wee stray when he was handed into you end April with a raging ear infection. He's much better and I have adopted him from Edinburgh Cat Protection League!β
βI cannot thank the team at MBM Veterinary Group enough for the compassion and respect they showed us during one of the hardest moments - saying goodbye to our beloved cat. Although we hadnβt been to the clinic before, the care we received felt truly personal and heartfelt. The staff gently walked us through the entire process, gave us all the time we needed, and never rushed us. Their patience and understanding meant the world. I was overwhelmed by how respectful and peaceful everything was handled. They also provided some lovely memorabilia, which we deeply appreciate and will treasure. In such a painful moment, their kindness made a real difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.β
βI would like to say a massive thank you to Frances, who is a veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets Hamilton. My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when theyβre unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and itβs clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. We need more vets like Francesβshe is outstanding. I would highly recommend herβ
βFriendly staff and looked after our pup who was in for tumour removal. One thing I would say is to have more than one member of staff trained up to do insurance claim responses as there was a bit of a waitβ

βWe were referred here from our usual vets as our dog needed an echocardiogram. Everyone is so lovely! Our vet was so informative and understanding and she was so wonderful with our wee dog. βI am a regular customer at animal tails and I have always meant to leave a review well I have finally got round to it. They are the best in Stirling without a doubt, they always treat pepper quickly and efficiently and they donβt charge an arm and a leg .My last appointment pepper had colitis she had a consultation, an injection and 5 days of antibiotics all for Β£57 really happy with that keep up the good workβ
βThe team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldnβt manage without you!β
βI moved to this vet from the one closer to me as the services offered at this clinic are much better - thanks for looking after Berliozic, Megan and Marsik. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Georgiev looking at Berlioz after he had a fight with one of my cats, and Dr. Georgiev was quick, professional, gave me insightful advice and called my boy "a good boy"))β
