“My dog was seriously ill when he was admitted. My vet phoned ahead to let them know I was on my way and he was taken to intensive care as soon as I arrived. I had constant updates and was allowed to visit daily during his 4 night stay. I couldn’t make it to visit 1 night and they emailed me pictures of him for peace of mind. Everything was explained to me all the way through the process and upon discharge the aftercare instructions were very clear. The staff undoubtedly saved my wee man’s life and I am eternally grateful!”

Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership.
