“We did a eat walk food tours in Glasgow and this was one of our first stops. It was in Central Station. It was a perfect spot. The Steak Frites was cooked perfectly — juicy and full of flavor — while the crispy fries were spot on. We paired it with the famous Scottish Irn-Bru, adding a fun local twist. Great food, great service, and a great vibe! Highly recommend”

“1st visit to anchorline for a special occasion. Nice setting , staff were excellent. Decent range on the menu. Soup was superb as were the main courses. Prices in keeping with a posh city centre venue. £130 for 2 people with 2 courses and a couple of drinks”

“Last night, we visited the ever popular Ubiquitous Chip and it was another great dining experience. The Chip (as it's known) is a sister business to Stravaigin (another favourite of ours) and it's recently reopened after a bit of a refurbishment. There are various spaces to enjoy including a pub and bar as well as a large multi level restaurant area. The vaulted glass cieling area is a mix of brick, iron and big green plants. It's softened by interesting artwork, especially the stairway to the bathroom. Staff are always attentive, casual in approach but knowledgable. The atmosphere is always buzzing and the crowd tends to be very local. We enjoyed torched makeral and pigeon to start. Followed by sea trout and venison. To finish our meal, the desserts (chocolate delice and fig & custard) were the highlight. Highly recommend this Ashton Lane stalwart.”

“Love this bar. We usually take advantage of their taco deals on a tuesday (aptly, taco tuesday). The service is fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The vibe is chilled and cosy with a fun edge. Would recommend!”

“Visited here for breakfast the food was very tasty and fresh, there was very little wait time as well. I found the self scan QR code very easy to use. The staff were warm and friendly as well especially Jaden, Rachel, Andre, Kali, Kelsey, Deborah, Campbell, Cameron and Udeni they were very attentive to everyone in the restaurant.”

“Had a small (7 person) Christmas lunch on 19th December with work colleagues. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food. The waitress was fantastic and made sure everyone was attended to. Would recommend for future meals out.”

“My wife and I took my mother for a meal at Dalziel Park Hotel. The venue looks great, it was dark, but inside is very nice and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was brilliant. The only complaint was my wife and mother were given a fork to eat a sundae!! Desert spoons please Dalziel Park! That aside, well worth a visit.”

“Such a beautiful place. Staff were so accommodating, helpful and attentive. I arrived late, they carried our bags to the room and kept the bar open so we could have some drinks. Even booked us breakfast, which is cooked to perfection. (Good choice of continental also) The room is the biggest I've stayed in. It's clean, great facilities, beautiful views and the complimentary gifts are the icing on the cake. There was a wedding party staying the same night and I never heard a sound. Wish I was able to stay longer. *Google sends you down the wrong turn. It's the one after*”

“Great afternoon in the Southside. Fabulous service, great food and wonderful cocktails. Lovely atmosphere and with music at a level you could still have a conversation with. Will be back to check out their live band evenings. Greek salad and Mango chicken with coconut rice.”
