Many community events as well as professional agencies, hold events here for the benefit of the local community. Managers Paul and Fiona are very good at running this place, They're very friendly and approachable. Keep doing the good work.”

“We went for there after school as a treat for my little girls birthday and Karen couldnt of been nicer, she was so helpful, nothing was an hassle, she was great with the kids. She even gave my little girl a birthday treat, could not fault her service. The place was also very tiday and clean. Could not fault the experience, thank you again Karen.”

“No fault with freedom centre, my daughter and myself come here for our reading books. When a book isn't out Stacey and another lovely blonde female who is a joyful to see always helps out specially for the latest new kids books. Both always polite and pleasant to see. Clean environment, always something going on in the centre.”

“Fabulous overall experience. Friendly caretaker who was really helpful. Good amount of parking. Play park was handy for children. Very Clean facilities but floor maybe needed a mop as children crawling got a bit mucky. But the kitchen facilities were excellent. Oven , fridge and I think a freezer. Great space. Very clean equipment. Definitely book another function there.”

“Great venue for private parties and corporate entertainment events. Helen and team are very professional. It's a great space and very versatile. We opted for a buffet for our event for 100+ and had so many compliments on it during and after the event. The vegan options were reportedly delicious.”

“This place is massive and has the biggest slides ive seen for a sof play area. They plenty for all ages and adults aswell. They have quad bikes at 2quid a go but worth it. They have about 8 trampolines aswell. The toilets are clean and have disabled aswell. The food is not great but reasonable priced compared to other soft plays. The entrance fee is also reasonable if not cheaper than most. They give you wrist band but if it is not full you can stay as long as like. We stayed 6hrs compared to just 2hrs in summer holidays. I would recommend to others.”

“We went for a charity event. Which was held in the large room. Which can be hired for birthdays, weddings and other events.There are various rooms. Therr are also rugby clubs based here. I know they have children and ladies' teams. A good car park with wide bays. They had a good range of beers, spirits, and soft drinks. They also had bar meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good place to visit”

“We had a wonderful wedding here and want to say a huge thank you to Beth, who was incredible from start to finish. After two years of planning, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made everything feel personal and special. The on-the-day coordinator was also fantastic, keeping everything running smoothly (and even saving the day with a cocktail at the end of the aisle!), and the evening team and bar staff the night before were all so kind and helpful. There were a few areas that could be improved – breakfast being served in the reception room meant guests saw the setup early, there’s no bridal suite for getting ready, and the bar staff on the wedding day seemed quite new and a little overwhelmed, especially with the wine service. That said, the Pavilion Suite was spacious, the food was amazing (with lovely thoughtful touches and great catering for dietary needs), and overall the team worked so hard to make it a magical day. With a few tweaks from management, this venue could be perfect, and we’d still happily recommend it to future couples”

“Came here today for tea. Although very busy we managed to get seated at a booth so plenty of room. Ordered food and drinks using the Greene King app and all items were available which was good as often things are unavailable. Shortly after ordering our drinks arrived and the member of staff told us there was an hour wait for food which wasn't an issue for us. After approx half an hour our food arrived and all was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend to others. As a bonus both of our meals were £9 each today instead of £12.99 so great value.”

“Brought my family here as the grandchildren wanted to play and its quite central. Love the new, green rubber ground around this area. New apparatus have been installed and there were plenty to choose from. (Zip lines seem to be so popular with children these days so I am surprised that a couple haven't been put in here as there's plenty of room. Although I suspect there's not plenty of money to install one or two.) Shame. Still, the children loved it.”

“Been visiting this place for 3 years running and we cisit atleast 1-3 times weekly. My son is Autistic and he absolutely thrives off this place. Staff are wonderful and so understanding on additional needs. Very friendly & the place itself is massive. So much to do and id say the cleanliness is great to say the staff constantly keep on top of it all. I put my full trust into this place and so grateful for the staff who go above and beyond.”
