“My husband and I visited here on Sat. It's a beautiful place to unwind either for lunch or just a drink. I can't comment on the meals as we only had a coffee and a bun, which was lovely, a bit expensive but worth the ambience of the place. There are a couple of nice walks around the area also.”

“Eaten here now on a few occasions. The food here is excellent. The steak pie is to die for and had the fish yesterday. Best piece of fish I have had in ages. Not greasey one bit. Hate fish when all wet and sloppy. Not here it was cooked perfect. Def be back again.”

“Arrived late on a Sunday afternoon looking for a cosy Sunday dinner, we were not disappointed. The fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce were delicious and the sea bass was also cooked very well and wonderfully presented The outstanding feature was the service, particularly from Jane who was warm, welcoming and very funny. A lovely experience, we will be back ☺️”

“Amazing food, drink and atmosphere. It was great to sit at the bar and watch what the head chef could produce from such a small space! Everything that came out looked amazing and our charcuterie and cheese board (there were hot meals on the menu, but we didn’t have time) was unbelievable and everything was of the highest quality. Can’t wait to go back.”

“Ordered 2x 14 inch pizzas (margerita and hot shot) and 2x large fries, 30 quid. Great value. Pizzas were cooked spot on. Zero complaints. The taste, the sauce, the base all great. A really good spot and they have some good offers too to take advantage of. Pizza rating: 7.7”

“Best ever customer service! Having bought a Joules dog bed from an independent wholesaler at a country show, I realised I'd bought the wrong size. I rang the Beverley Joules store and spoke to Vic. She was unable to exchange the bed but she was so helpful. She organised a discount for a new bed and free next day delivery. She's wonderful ambassador for the company. Thank you so much.”

“This is a good Chinese restaurant with really friendly staff and a menu with a good range of options. There are dishes that you would see at most Chinese restaurants as well as some that are less common, which is always nice to see. They are happy to make reasonable changes to dishes for you. Allergens are labeled on the menu and we've eaten here several times with no issues with allergen cross contamination, even when we haven't specifically pointed it out. The building is an old English pub so from the outside you might not realise that it is a Chinese restaurant, making it feel like a bit of a hidden gem to me! I've visited several times now and will definitely be going back!”

“I don’t know where to start from!! The food was AMAZING and the portions were very generous. We ordered multiple dishes however my favourites were the chicken Malay curry and the lemon and cashew rice. The service was absolutely amazing as the staff kept checking on us to make sure the food was okay and we also got offered multiple free chocolate at the end of our meal. We couldn’t finish out main and a staff member helped with packing our food. Overall a great experience and everyone should try it out:))”

“Good atmosphere for having dinner with family. Friendly and attentive staff waiting to serve you and your family. They have plenty of space, but it will be better to book in advance. I always use the Pizza Express application to reserve and get the rewards every time I visit.”

“Partner had the burger and I had the lobster ravioli asked them for less chilli as the first time I had it, the chilli was overpowering the dish. They had to remake but sorted it quickly and efficiently. Cat our server was great, very attentive. Will be visiting again soon.”

“Called in to get my two girls some tea as we'd been to an appointment and this was an easy option. Absolutely great place. Staff were so friendly and attentive, chatting to my daughter about managing to eat a whole foot-long!! Very clean and tidy too, always a bonus. “Very enjoyable experience for International Breakfast Buffet at Soju. Everything was fresh, delicious and served quickly. The staffs were polite, the place is spacious and clean, which is quite refreshing compared to many much smaller similar restaurants. Overall still happy and would definitely come back.”

“All I can say is by far the best pizza place in the area! Every time I have ordered they follow every special requirement to the letter (we're a picky bunch!) and we're never dissapointed. The pizzas are perfectly baked, with generous toppings of fresh, flavoursome ingredients and arrive piping hot to our address. I opt for one of the meal deals when we have the kids back from uni or friends/family over and the value for money is exceptional. Great customer service, great speedy food, easy on the pocket...what's not to love? Highly recommended *****”

“Best pizza in the area! We can tell the pizzas are made from fresh, good quality ingredients and baked beautifully in a proper stone pizza oven (the crust is on the thin side and crispy). All the different toppings we have had are beautiful, fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and professional. We have plenty of pizza takeaways to choose from where we live, but happily travel 20 minutes to get a GOOD pizza. (My partner reacts badly to low quality pizza dough and has NEVER had a problem here. The dough here is fresh and bakes beautifully. Our little girl with sensory issues loves the pizza from here, it's one of very few meals that she actually really loves and gets excited about.) Thanks Dolce Vita! Pls don't go anywhere!”

“Cracking food. Mixed appetisers followed by Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese Style, King Prawns with Bamboo shoots and Water chestnuts, Duck with Plum sauce, Stir fried beansprouts and rice. Far too much food for 2 people - must be Yorkshire portions- should have skipped on the starters. But everything was very tasty and piping hot. The draught beer went down nicely as well. All in all well recommended.”

“I always use funky fish. Fish is chunky and white and batter is cooked perfectly and I love the fact its skinless fish . Chips lovely too,not real greasy like other shops .definitely my favourite chip shop”
