“Extremely good and highly recommended. I had what should’ve been a simple fuse change to do but unfortunately, because of the location of the fuse box (behind the glove box but blocked by the dash trim) it wasn’t reachable. I asked Halfords (when I bought the fuse) and they couldn’t do it. So when I had some spare time before collecting my daughter from Rachael Swann dance school round the corner, I thought I’d pop in to AutoCare and ask if they had the necessary tools to reach it. The guy I spoke to was not only very welcoming, but was happy to stop what he was doing and have a look. Five minutes later, he’d got his tools, and got the fuse out. The replacement fuse Halfords sold me was wrong but not to worry, he went into the office and found the right one and fitted it. In and out within 5 minutes, with great customer services. He wouldn’t even accept any payment for the job despite my offer. Great guys, knowledgable, friendly, and will be returning even though I’m not that local.”

“Excellent service from Thornhill to Leeds. Driver arrived at pick up 10 minutes early so I had no worries about being late for hospital appointment. The car was very clean and well looked after. When I phoned the firm again to pick up at Leeds hospital I was told the car would be there in about 30 minutes however with it being school run time there was a few minutes delay but I was informed about this via text from the owner of the firm. I had the same driver who dropped off at the hospital.The driver was very friendly and apologised for the delay, the journey both ways was a pleasant and steady journey. I very rarely use taxis but I will definitely use this firm every time I need a taxi highly recommended and definitely worth five stars.”
