When I first viewed the car, I noticed a few small paint chips on the boot, which didn’t bother me given it’s a 10 year old car, so I was happy to go ahead. To my surprise, while preparing the car, the owner called to say he wasn’t satisfied with the paintwork and asked if he could keep it for a few extra days to have it professionally repainted. The result was fantastic the car looks amazing. That level of care and attention went far beyond my expectations, and I honestly don’t think I’d buy from another garage again! I’ll be back in a few months to buy my 17 year old her car.”

Original review - I bought a 2012 Scenic in November 2023 and I have to say I'm really happy with Queens Service Station. As with all used cars there's the fear of buying a lemon, but Mick is a genuinely friendly and helpful chap. Being self employed my car is my job so it's great to have peace of mind should the worse happen as the car came with a 3 month warranty. Would highly recommend and have no doubt will use again, especially with kids getting to the age of passing their tests!”

“Took my car into Moorcroft this morning as the brakes have been squeaking. I assumed it was the back brakes as it's just had a MOT & Service with a different garage where the front pads and discs were replaced. Moorcroft called me after I'd dropped the car off telling me the back brakes still have loads of life and asked me why I wanted them changing so I explained the squeak. They took the car out to test it and established that the squeak is coming from the new front brakes so to reach out to the garage where I had the previous work done. Moorcroft could have just changed the pads like I asked and charged me for the work. Instead they put me first, offered some sound advice, and didn't charge me a penny! Bravo Moorcroft, Bravo. You've just won yourself a customer who will return again and again, and who will tell everyone else he knows to also make sure they use you!”
