“Called yesterday morning at 08:10 with my front left suspension coil spring that had snapped and needing replacing, I had the coil spring already and just required the part to be fitted. I was not expecting what I wanted to hear after phoning my usual garage who couldn’t get me in till a week later and numerous other garages who couldn’t help as they were busy, to my surprise they told me to bring car down and it would be done that day. When dropping it off 10 minutes later the relief was clear on my face that they could fit me in and I explained I was greatful for fitting me in at such short notice with two young children ages 2&3 I rely on my car heavily for nursery runs and work. To my surprise I had a phone call within the hour to tell me the part had been fitted and it was ready to pick up. Some friendly advice on two new tyres was discussed on pickup and I will be arranging this at my earliest convenience as I knew they needed doing but due to the experience I will definitely be returning with my custom. Thankyou again so much!”

“I've used LHA for over 10 years now and have always found them to be very helpful and good value. This morning I called them as I had a problem with my car which needed dealing with. I'm in the middle of a really busy week and was dreading my car being off the road but the issue was with the brakes and I daredn't put off dealing with it. Rang them at 8.45am to see what availability they had to take a look and quote for the repair. I was told I could drop it off straight away for them to look at. They even had a courtesy car available so that I could get back to work and carry on with my busy week without interruption. Having dropped it off just after 9am, I got a call at 11.30am to explain what they had found, which was in line with what I expected based on the symptoms, and what the cost was. On asking when they would be able to have the repairs complete I was told that they should have it ready by the end of the day. Can't fault them for the service that they provide, how quickly they're able to respond and even the cost (though not cheap) is very reasonable for the work required. I changed jobs 4 years ago which means that LHA are no longer the most convenient garage for me to get to, but other garages closer to home are either much more expensive or don't provide the same level of service/quality of work, so I keep coming back to LHA time after time as I know I always get what I expect from them.”
