“Alan and his staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I always use this pharmacy, for my repeat prescriptions, so does my partner and daughter. Alan always makes sure he has the correct brand of medications for my daughters epilepsy, at other pharmacies they always have to order them after she takes in the prescription. However Alan makes sure that the he has them their ready because he values his customers, he knows when a prescription is due. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Marks out of 10, I would give it 10+.”

“I phoned 111 on Friday evening & got an appointment for Sunday morning, the receptionist was wonderful fetching me a cup of water when my abscess burst in the waiting room. The 2 lady dentist were fantastic, drained the abscess & removed the offending tooth & I was there for only 30 minutes.”

“Its like reading reviews for another pharmacy entirely looking at past reviews! The staff here are lovely, accommodating, helpful. I've just rung at 5pm and they answered straight away, confirmed that my prescription was there and advised me what time to come pick up my medication. I've never had a problem picking up prescriptions from here. They're sometimes extremely busy but are always professional and never rude or hasty. I'm moving away from the area soon and already dreading having to go to another pharmacy as this one is so convenient and never had any issues with them!”

“I can honestly say I have never met a more genuine caring pharmacist than Paula who works at well chemist Horbury! Don’t get me wrong at times there can be a wait but this is usually because the Lloyds chemist has messed up or haven’t done there job so people end up having to change to well chemist! An Jane the small lady with the short hair an nose stud, is exactly what a customer service person should be like, helpful kind goes out of her way to help you, even when at times she gets abuse which is disgusting, she can’t make prescriptions appear! Both me an my husband use this chemist weekly an the care, compassion an help we have received is fantastic! So as well as this review I’d like to say thank you ❤️”

“Hyde Park House is an enhanced supported living service owned by the ever-growing Northern Healthcare. The home provides a caring and homely atmosphere and the staff work tirelessly to ensure that tailored person-centred support is given to aid the service users on their recovery journey. The building consists of 15 individual flats, with a large communal kitchen, 9 communal bathrooms, a bright and cosy lounge, and a large entertainment room where residents can play a game of pool and darts, listen to music or play video games, read a book or enjoy a good board game! If you are looking for great and caring supported living, then look no further!!”

“Great dentists, my two year old son went for the first time and enjoyed the experience. Miss Younis and assistant made him very comfortable and he loved his sticker. My checkup was good too. Teeth cleaned, no pain.”

“Admitted on 10.9.25 via amazing ambulance crew into A E with symptoms of a stroke. Stroke nurse was awaiting to see me. Taken straight for a CT scan and then admitted into the stroke assessment ward. I cant thank those nurses enough. Same night moved onto a ward. Again first class service from the nurses on shift. The drs and consultant and the therapists were so good at looking after me. Discharged after a night in and told follow up would be arranged. I was then contacted by the locala team and again they have been fantastic. I can only say you all gave 100% and it's been appreciated. Thank you.”

“Went around 0930 not too busy at this time.. Always the option to drop off and pick up later. Was told it would be 15 minutes it was 10, Need to bear in mind hospital medication is also distributed from here so a wait should sometimes be expected. Parking is free not sure for how long but i was around 20 minutes Great service *****”

“Absolutely fantastic pizzas and garlic bread is to die for. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. The beer aisle is always stocked up and the staff at the chemist are great. The £3 meal deal is good for people who work in town centre to grab a cheap lunch always quick and efficient with prescriptions”
