The team are very friendly and professional, and they even offer a few great perks—free coffee and tea, plus an MOT viewing area where you can sit back and relax with a drink while they take care of your car or van.Come across few issues while they was doing MOT but that didn’t stop them they sort my van and I on the road again. “This is a great park and outdoor space. A lovely 2 mile walk around the lake, looking for Room on the Broom characters. Good cafe and visitors centre too which has activities for kids inside. Well worth a visit. £2 parking for 4 hours”

“Wild , nice circular walk , parking available. A bit off road , still can go with a pram if you have medium to larger wheels. Can feed ducks there and see bunnies if you are lucky enough.”

“Play equipment is great for the kids. There are some picnic tables to take lunch too. Its connected to the waterpark so you can spend a few hours there. Really great for children”

“From booking to the end of my stay at courtyard mews I was dealt in a friendly yet very professional way. All our needs were met and Harry the owner was on call at any point . The apartments was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need and again if we found we needed anything in addition I knew Harry was on the end of the phone ready to assist. 100% customer relations and service 100% clean, well presented and comfortable modern apartment. I would highly recommend and should I need to let again in the near future this is certainly where I will stay again ! Thank you Harry for the warm welcome and a perfect stay for me and my children.”

“The park had a lot of issues with litter etc for a while, but recently it's been lovely again. Gorgeous wildlife, squirrels, birds, bees all thriving. Flower gardens were a bit overgrown but I honestly like it, so many ducks and geese, and even saw wakefields resident kingfishers enjoying the pond. Secret garden was tranquil and tidy, pond was drained though which was a shame. We did find some old gravestones in the woods too though which were really interesting to see ♥️”

“A fantastic place for a leisurely dog walk! The views are beautiful and the path is well maintained! There’s a large car park which you pay £2.50 for 4 hours which is very good value! There’s a cafe serving a wide range of food and snacks, plus toilets by the reception. It’s great for dogs and there’s ply of bins along the lake path! There’s a playground and nature trail for kids to keep them interested! Plus a light railway too!”

“Booked morning reviver spa deal. It was a fantastic, relaxing experience. The lady booking me in the spa was welcoming and conscientious and couldn't do enough. In fact all staff(waiting staff, masseuse)were all friendly and helpful. All staff frequently checked everything was ok and were very attentive. The hot stones massage was amazing and the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the outdoor hot tub. The only negative was the open ceiling between the massage rooms, which meant you could hear noises from other rooms. Despite this I would definitely recommend a visit here if you want a relaxing experience.”

“Noticed sign as driving past so stopped and had a walk. Lovely wooded and open areas, easy to follow path. Max found a stream, bmx track looks great too, friendly folk walking past. An actual car park too, I'll know for next time!”

“The showroom staff were very helpful with no pressure selling and friendly approach. The delivery of the bed was on the day arranged and the two guys were very helpful, respectful and efficient and we were kept informed of the delivery time so all went without a hitch.”

“Love this area. Paths are well laid out and most of them are mobility scooter/wheelchair friendly. Great to let your dog off the lead. Not just paths but nature areas as well. Highly recommended”

A special mention to Georgina on reception — really friendly and informative, and made us feel very welcome. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here without hesitation. “Absolutely brilliant customer service, I ordered the parts, (rear pads), but wasn’t given an option on Next Day, called the branch yesterday and spoke to a chap, sorry, his name escapes me, he said let me see what I can do. Package arrived this morning! I’ll certainly be back in touch for the fronts with this level of support.”
