I drove by anyway to find the shop is no longer there. Looks like it closed about a year ago based on reviews and a new Google listing for another shop. Sorry to see it gone. Shall miss the Pathia!”

“One the best chicken burgers you can buy in the area and the cheapest. I have tried many other takeaways where the chicken burgers are more expensive but not as flavoursome as UKFC. I love the crispy coating with a hint of spice. Always a hit with the family as I have been going to this place for almost 20 years. I like the idea of where the customer can help themselves with putting as much sauces as they want on their burgers and chips where other takeaways wouldn't provide this option. Hope this place stays opened forever :)”

“First time ordering after a leaflet was put through the door. Absolutely no complaints, which is unusual for me. The member of staff on the phone was polite, quick, and listened when I gave instructions on how to easily find the address. Food arrived when they said it would and it was still hot. The meat, both chicken and beef was tender. The rice wasn't greasy, and the spring rolls were crisp and fresh. Cannot fault them on anything, including the price. We have normally frequented Middleton Chinese but this might have just converted us.”

“Greeted on a dark, wet Sunday afternoon by a man with a smile and disposition of pure sunshine! I went to the takeaway on many recommendations and it didn’t disappoint. Mixed starter for two; huge and flavourful. Chicken and spinach masala and Meat Karahi desi style; incredible! Packed full of juicy, tender meat, spiced perfectly, not swimming in oil and great portions. Fluffy garlic naans and an amazing pickle tray to accompany the poppadoms. I can’t recommend Pioneer highly enough. Try it; your tummy will thank you!!!!”

“First time I’ve tried this place and wasn’t expecting much. From the outside it doesn’t look appealing but the inside is very clean. I got a special chow main and chips and was presently surprised. It was hot, not the least bit dry and tasted great. The price was better than most Chinese also. I would recommend and will deffo be ordering again.”

My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics don’t Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.”

“My mate come round to fix our boiler, treated him to some food. He fancied donner meat and chips and a cheesy garlic bread. Never been to Babylon pizza before. Went in and ordered, very clean and staff was very friendly, they said 10 minutes so we said we would wait in the van and keep a look out for when it was ready. We got deep into conversation and they brought it over to the van and knocked on van window. We thanked them highly for bringing it over to us. Got back and my mate said it was one of the best Donner meat and chips with all the sauces and salad he had tasted in ages. We shared the cheesy garlic bread and it was very nice, thanks lads for a great service and a great meal,”
