“I have been using this GPs for over 20 years, unfortunately last year I found it really hard to get appointments and even speak to someone for help. I must say over the last 6 months I have seen a much better level of attentiveness from this GP. I don’t like using patch’s to book but now I am used to it, for important things like a recent bout of pneumonia I was seen the same day and the doctor was excellent. My previous complaints about this practice were the difficulty getting an appointment, never the quality of care - now I understand the system I have not had issues with getting support. For new comers just get used to using Patch’s to book appointments and make sure you get on by 8 am if you need something same day. I have gone on as late as 9am and still managed to get an appointment.”

“Great product! I brought this for my son, as he has to practice extra, and going to the ground everyday may not be feasible. Besides, playing with seasons ball in the backyard was risky as both side neighbours objected right away. This net has saved us, and we are happily playing great cricket shots, full pace, without any fear now. Complete peace of mind. Its quite robust and flexible, so should last longer i believe! Already checked in rain, sun and a storm, and its holding good no matter what! I'm very happy and fully recommend this product!”

“I love the quality of the clothing, in particular the underwear is exceptionally good. The orders do take some time to arrive but I have never had to exchange or return anything, they are always correct. One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8. Also some girls sleeveless or short sleeved thermal vests please.”

“I visited the Pizza Hut near the Shambles in York for the lunchtime buffet. There weren't many people there but Milly, the waitress, came straight over with a happy smile, got me seated and helped me with the QR code. I explained I was a veggie and she ordered a pizza to be added to the buffet and then let me know so I didn't miss out. She was attentive, caring and made me feel good. It is a rare thing to see in the modern world of fast food. Anyway, I really hope that the York branch stays open through the current climate. Thankyou.”
