From an intial email in April until installation in December, Jacek has held our hand throughout the whole process and guided us with such helpful insight and ideas. Despite a challenging space, wonky walls, my dodgy measurements and delays from the house renovation, the team have been amazing throughout, the installation team were so thorough and tidy too. “We stumbled across this EXCELLENT shop quite by accident looking for an anti pluck vest for Buster, our 20 yr old African Grey. She had a Very Bad experience with an ex partner of my wife. We had tried every remedy and additive etc and nothing worked. The knowledge these girls have about parrots oosed out of the pages of their website. Upon visiting yesterday, finding plenty of good toys and good quality feed and equipment etc, not just for Buster but for Mary our 15 yr old Royal Python. After picking a few items required (some lovely S/H feed bowls very cheap), we spoke to the staff and came away with a completely new plan to help Buster with some great advice given on how to move forward. We will DEFINATELY be back and have found a Real Gem of a place that is firmly in our address book and first port of call for anything Exotic Pet wise. Thnx girls. Buster loved her Breakfast as per her new diet an seeds germinating for her in the next few days. Thnx Again Pete N Deb”

“I have tried everytype of food for a picky eating dog and not one has achieved the results that the food I get from Nell's gets, clean bowl every time, the advice and friendliness of the staff is and has always been spot on, it's a great shop and my go to place for anything dog related, I was recommended there by a friend and have been using for nearly a year now and as I said I tried everything before and nothing works as well as what the team at Nell's advised. “We hired 6 suits from The Grooms Rooms and the process from start to finish was a professional and personal experience, they handled us brilliantly from my first visit in picking the suits for myself and my groomsman, to the two fittings we had prior to collecting them. I highly recommend hiring suits from here for your wedding, we gave them our coloir scheme and they picked out the perfect match. All in all a really good experience very professional. Thank you”

“The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”
