“Incredible commitment towards fixing a very peculiar issue that I had with my PC. After countless visits by Dave he solved a problem I was having with my PC auto restarting and freezing. Checked every last possible problem with my hardware and concluded the issue was down to a faulty wireless card. I can't recall how many times Dave went out of his way to come over and help me with my PC and I highly doubt any other repair service could provide the same level of satisfaction and quality of commitment and service. “Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. I cannot thank her enough.”
