“I traveled to this store for return the item because Forster square Bradford store refused to help me, so I have been to this store and there was few customers was already in queue and after dealing with them they returned my item without any question and hardly it did take 2 minutes but I have had bit friendly chat with the member of staff they was friendly and helpful, I could say the staff of this store is trained and they know how to deal with customers.”

“My companion experienced an incident at the store on the day I came in (20.12.2023), and the staff were extremely supportive of us. They called in the Mall's First Aid Team and Security and kindly brought in a screen to ensure privacy and dignity. Great range of clothes, and really cool styles. I had to contact them regarding items to return as I float between sizes and they were very helpful and understanding. Returns process worked well. Would defo recommend!”

“This was a fantastic store to go shopping at, where everything is laid out well in various areas! Navigating around was easy using the signs and I purchased a leopard plant on offer for just £3, buying it at one of the many tills. “Great shop for those who love shopping and looking for something special . It's like an aladins cave in there. This sales assistant maybe an older person but he certainly knows his stuff and what suits you . Would definitely recommend and return. I see by other reviews people were not impressed by the older gentlemans comments he was maybe just advising you with an honest opinion I found him very polite and pleasant and obviously has a fashion background. Maybe try visiting again and give him another chance and ask about his past. Very impressive.”

“Excellent customer service from a young gentleman called Spike. He was very helpful and was more than happy to help. However the lady that served us at the till was quite the opposite a lady with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the team leader. Asked her where we could find men’s joggers and she replied in a rude manner saying she doesn’t work in that department and couldn’t help. Surely she doesn’t just stand at that till for the full shift Wasn’t happy when we asked for a paper receipt gave a loud sigh and went to get it I was not happy with the customer service she gave today”

“I love the quality of the clothing, in particular the underwear is exceptionally good. The orders do take some time to arrive but I have never had to exchange or return anything, they are always correct. One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8. Also some girls sleeveless or short sleeved thermal vests please.”
