“I couldn’t fault this company or my experience staying at Hops House. Everything runs smoothly in terms of signing a contract, moving in, collecting keys etc. The flats themselves are in immaculate condition and couldn’t be of higher standard. The building is always very well kept and noise is minimal/no noise at all heard. Rooms are very well sound-proofed. The maintenance staff are fantastic with them being on-site things are dealt with almost immediately after being reported. I have no complaints at all and couldn’t recommend Hops House or Project Student enough!”

Not only is she friendly and able to build relationships with tenants she’s responsive when problems are brought to her. Sonia and the rest of the management team singlehandedly handle all the issues that they are faced with, even though there is a lack of support and resources. I first met Sonia when I came to view the building and she was so kind and answered all the questions that me and my mum had. We took a liking to her then and that partly influenced my decision to book this accommodation. Sonia is the first point of contact for the tenants in this building when something goes wrong or they need help. Without Sonia this building would fall apart, so all her hard work and dedication is very appreciated.”

“I rented the top floor here for about a year in 2009-2010 while on a work assignment. No Eastern European sex workers then. Pity. Someone else mentioned the smell of rubbish in the lobby -- the bins were kept too close, is a sort of side hallway with a door. I didn't have to deal with it often as I took the lift from my flat to the carpark most days, but if I was walking out through the lobby to go to the city center for a meal or to take a run, I did notice.”

“This accommodation was outstanding. The apartment was spotless. I was amazed at the facilities. Two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath! The kitchen had a full sized cooker with hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The sofa was also a pull out bed for extra sleeping. The two bedrooms were big with very comfortable beds. We arrived earlier than arranged but this was no trouble for the very helpful staff. A quick call to the cleaning team to check our apartment was ready was all that was required. We were on the top floor which wasn't a problem due to the lift”
