“When I was struggling with breastfeeding for the whole first week with my newborn. I was so disappointed in myself and crying to myself as I couldn’t bear the sight of my baby left hungry for an hour. I called midwifery team and they sent Fatima with Kudzi to my place. They helped me with engorged breasts, showed me correct way of latching baby on, advised me to wear nipple shields until my nipple injury was resolved. Today is the second day I am successfully feeding my baby and I am so relieved . If it wasn’t for Fatima I would’ve given up on breastfeeding already. Thanks to Fatima ”

“My youngest son - now three, attended this nursery for a while at 8 weeks old and has attended again now for the past year and a half. The staff are amazing and work with you with any concerns you have about child or anything you and don't want doing and actually listen to you when you talk to them. The rooms are always cleaned thoroughly - having seen them being cleaned and the carpets quite often. The staff are extremely friendly and take great care of your children and actually take an interest in them. My son has formed a lovely bond with a few of the ladies here and is really coming out of himself. The have assisted greatly with potty training and weaning off of nap times too and again as I said worked with me on this. The outside play area may not be huge but I do think allowances have to be made for this with it being a city centre location at a very affordable price I think any specific outdoor play area is a plus! Either way my son loves his outdoor time there with all the toys etc they have. As a rule my son is a pest to eat but every meal that they cook for him here he eats all up and tells me about it on the way home so it's a thumbs up for the food from Jetson. My son will be attending here still with his 30 hours free childcare instead of a mainstream school from September as I personally think they're doing a great job. “Excellent for children. Price is very good at £4 and 1 adult free (off- peak rates), additional adults is £1.50 each, there is a 2 hour limit, but we were their over 3 hours... No one said anything! Lots to do for all ages of kids. Climbing wall was closed when we went. Free parking is available and it was not full during term time. Make sure you put your car reg details in the screen when you enter the fun valley or you will possibly be fined. Cafe is nice, cheap and cheerful. Kids will like chips and some fruit shoot or slush! They will eat only half and run off to play again! All in all a very decent place for kids to run, jump and slide around.”

“Normally hate going to the surgery, the reception staff are generally rude and unprofessional. However, my most recent appointment was a pleasure. I got lucky and was welcomed by the only empathetic receptionist at the surgery, before meeting, for the first time, possibly the best nurse in Britain for my check-up. Unlike most medical professionals, she was friendly, attentive, thorough and over all extremely professional. Thank you Lala.”
