“One of those occasions when I needed to see the Pharmacist for antibiotics rather than take a day off work to see a doctor. I walked into Boots straight after work (about 6pm, when my doctors practice would be closed!!) taken privately into an interview room and was able to get a course of tablets. Excellent service. “(For me) this visit was about this fantastic building - my information was that it was a bath house or a swimming facility for students ..?! Either way, the tiles are still in the original design, one pool is covered with wooden floor the other one is divided for smaller fish tanks… the stairs running upstairs(closed from public) marvellous! I love nosing around in these historical sites. Otherwise (fishing and pet business) a great place to buy all you need. Seen rabbits, rats and different kinds of birds, too. Staff were friendly even though they knew I wasn’t there for potential shopping. Great place, the prices for cat food (I had a peep) was cheaper than in the other chains. I recommend it to everyone.”

“Went to the store today to purchase some stone chippings for my garden. After managing to lift the heavy bags into a trolley, I then tried to push it to the checkout. On seeing me struggling I was approached by a member of staff who took my trolley from me and wheeled it to the checkout. Not only did he scan them for me he then offered to take them to my car and put them in my boot. He went above and beyond and I want to thank him for the service he provided. His name was Brian, he truly was a credit to the store. Thank you Brian you are a star ⭐”

“Our Cockapoo has been going to Hadley Hounds for the past 18 months and they do such an amazing job. We had bad some bad experiences at our old groomer who kept shaving our dog to the bone which made him very uncomfortable. Hadley Hounds are amazing, they groom the dog to your specifications and do an amazing job every time . Our dog comes home so much happier each time! They are punctual and super efficient sticking to agreed time-slots. Couldn’t recommend Emily enough - especially if you have a Cockapoo!”
