Plenty of quiet, comfy places to sit away from the main, decent sized area. I think the cafe provided the food which was decent. Drinks fairly priced. “Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”
