“Went in to get a new gas cooker which I did not really want as I was just swapping old for new. I thought I would have to run a cable from fuce box to get a electric oven. After a lot of advice from a very knowledgeable owner he explained a single oven only required a 240 v connection. A double oven needs running from fuse box. So I opted for a single oven and was expecting a couple of weeks for fitting. I was shocked when he said will fit it tomorrow. The gas was capped by a gas engineer and the guy then came and fitted the oven. The oven fitter was also a great guy explaining a lot of things to me. You just do not get service like this any more and from now on I will not use anyone else for my white goods. You have a customer for life. So next purchase will be a fridge freezer in the next few weeks.”

Along with Phil, Jess, James, Gemma and oldie but not mouldy John they give all the customers great friendly service, always with a smile and time for a quick bit of personal chat. It is a pleasure to buy from there, they go out of their way to help and make sure we trades have what we need to do the job. Exchanges and refunds are always smooth and hassle free..
